We had a wondurful stay at walid’s appartement, it was a very peaceful place, and all match the description with the reviews. Walid was a top host always responsive and helpful with recommendations and inquiries. For 2 persons the house is perfect, Thank you Walid for the expérience.

L’appartement est propre et bien rangé. La déco est fidèle aux photos et l’hôte est très réactif.

Hôte très réactif et très sympathique! Appartement très propre et conforme aux photos,très bon emplacement où nous pouvons trouver restaurants,magasins et bien d’autres! Les taxis se font d’ailleurs nombreux dans cette zone ce qui facilite le séjour! De l’accueil jusqu’au départ j’ai été très satisfait. Merci et à bientôt.

mooie en zeer schone appartement voorzien van alle nodige apparatuur. keuken en badkamer zonder kalkaanslag en schimmel. met warmwater. slaapkamers zijn lekker koel en schoon. woonkamer mooi ingericht. schone zwembad die elke dinsdag gereinigd wordt. appartement is goed geïsoleerd, dus geen enkele last van geluiden van buiten. Nihad en Salaheddin op locatie zijn altijd bereikbaar en reageren zeer snel. voor 8 dagen geboekt, maar het was heel fijn in het appartement dat we 2 extra dagen geboekt hebben. dit wordt weer onze woning de volgende keer in marrakesh.

La Signora Ilham è stata davvero molto cortese e per qualsiasi cosa rispondeva immediatamente ai messaggi. L’appartamento è grande, con una bella terrazza, nella camera da letto c’è un letto enorme e comodissimo, il bagno grande con doccia, ma manca il phon. In sala manca un tavolo più grande per poter mangiare più comodamente, ma a parte questo dettaglio, io e mio marito siamo stati benissimo.

Krásný byt v dobré lokalitě, veškeré vybavení bylo dostupné a byt byl velmi čistý. Proces příjezdu byl velmi jednoduchý a hostitel je milý a proaktivní v komunikaci. Parkování které je nabízeno jsme nevyužili, jelikož je snadné zaparkovat i na ulici za budovou. Ani bazén, který je v nabídce jsme bohužel nevyužili, ale byl přístupný (10-18). Jediná drobnost, která pro některé může být nepříjemná je poněkud vyšší míra hluku z ulice (slyšitelné z obývacího pokoje, v ložnici byl vcelku klid). Určitě bychom se rádi někdy vrátili.

Piso muy grande, cerca de la estación de trenes. El dueño se comunicó con nosotros muy bien y nos ayudó a entrar!! Fue muy amable Bastante equipado, y corresponde a la descripción! Todo muy bien!

We stayed for one week and the accommodation was great. The check in was flexible, and Hassan always almost instantly responded to any messages. The apartment was clean and equipped with everything you need from a washing machine over towels to all the kitchen utensils. The building entrance is always guarded by security and the building was in a safe location with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. I would definetely recommend.

Cet appartement offre tous les atouts recherchés: position centrale dans le Guéliz avec tous les services et restauration autour, équipement très complet, garage, accueil chaleureux et très réactif. Aucune réserve. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un calme total.

A 10/10 stay! the apartment was so beautiful, the pictures didnt do it justice, the property was all clean and modern,so spacious and felt right at home. the host’s are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you, they really went the extra mile which made the stay that extra special. The location is good, about 20 min ride from the towns but was nice to be in a quiet area, the neighbours where friendly too, indrive where the better option to get around as a lot cheaper than the local taxis. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back!

Clean, spacious and located close to the old city. Communication was very efficient and quick, we didn't spend too much time in the apartment but it was just like in the photos and described. The apartment also has 24h personnel in the lobby and the pool is a great plus.

Logement qui répond parfaitement à la description et à notre famille de 3 enfants. Bien situé, calme, à proximité de tous les commerces. Nous recommandons vivement cette location et nous y retournerons lors de notre prochain voyage au Maroc, inch'Allah. Merci pour tout Hassane!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Manau. Nous ne pouvons que recommander ! Manau est quelqu’un de très sympathique, disponible et réactif avec de bonnes recommandations ! La maison est conforme aux photos. Très joliment décorée, spacieuse, bien équipée et avec un joli jardin bien entretenu, on s’y sent comme chez soi. La résidence est sécurisée, avec des espaces communs agréables comme la piscine. Saïda, la cuisinière cuisinière, nous a concocté des plats Marocain qui étaient délicieux ! Le seul petit bémol est l’agitation dans le village voisin jusqu’à 21h qui peut parfois gêner dans la chambre côté rue.

Jamal was super welcoming host! Very nice villa in the middle of golf course. The warm pool was super popular among kids.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig. Wir hatten keine guten Flugzeiten und dafür aber einen flexiblen Check in und Check out. Abdellatif war immer erreichbar, und hat uns damit geholfen. Der Pool ist super für unsere Kinder gewesen und wir mochten in der Villa sehr den marokkanischen Charme. Es kommen mal immer wieder Katzen vorbei, das haben meine Kinder sehr geliebt. Wir hatten zwei normale Bettdecken, der Rest sind diese typischen dicken flauschigen marokkanische Decken. Das könnte etwas problematisch sein wenn jemand Asthma hat. Aber ich denke wenn wir es angesprochen hätten, hätte man uns auch andere Decken angeboten. Die Taxifahrer hatten oft Probleme die Unterkunft zu finden. Woran es lag weiß ich nicht. Aber da war abdellatif auch sehr hilfsbereit. Es sind paar Kleinigkeiten die gemacht werden könnten, aber wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden sie auch wieder buchen.

Sin palabras para describir la atención de Ismael, nos sentimos como en casa, además el lugar es tal cual las fotos o mucho mejor. Un lugar muy recomendado. Gracias a las personas que nos ayudaron en el aseo, también fueron muy especiales. 🫶🏼

Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique villa, décoration intérieure très belle et colorée, piscine chauffée agréable en cette saison (fin d’hiver), nous avions une gouvernante de 9 à 16h qui faisait le ménage (vaisselle, machine et repassage), Houda et son mari ont été très gentils et réactifs, ils nous ont de plus recommandé de bonnes adresses, merci encore pour tout 😊

Magnifique villa située dans un cadre calme et apaisant, tout est fait pour qu’on s’y sente bien intérieur comme extérieur. On manque de rien! Nous avons apprécié la magnifique vue sur les montagnes de l’Atlas, la gentillesse du gardien qui est présent 24h/24h. Nous avons eu un bel accueil de la part de Yanis, qui s’est rendu disponible durant tout le séjour, à n’importe quelle heure. Merci Yanis ! Je vous recommande vivement cette villa!

A big thank to to Thomas & Yann for being accessible and helpful, a special thank you to Taoufik who drove us and was always available with his expertise to visit sights, arrange tour guides and everything else that made our stay so wonderful. Hadyja provided delicious breakfasts each morning and Jamila introduced us to the Marokko cuisine with a delicious dinner! Highly recommended for everyone looking for a luxurious vacation!
