Monthly Rentals in Medianía Alta

Nick was a great host! We really enjoyed our stay and definitely want to come back!

My husband and our daughter stayed for 12 nights. When we walked in the condo smelt clean. Everything was neat and not dusty. The area was secure and the neighbors that live in the condos full time are very nice. The pool was right downstairs with access to another near the beach as well. Which is walkable. I had several questions throughout the stay just about places to eat as my teen is picky with food. Not only were they answered promptly, but she could relate. Communication with Yaitza was smooth and she was great to work with. We would most definitely look into renting with her again!

The place was clean and private. It was safe and worked for our stay in the area.

Great place to stay on the island, convenient location to rainforest, beaches and shopping. Luis is very responsive and helpful. Would love to stay again
