Vacation rentals with a pool in Medellín River

Juan and his wife are amazing hosts. We utilized their chef service, fully customizable menus. Breakfast daily with a couple of scheduled dinners for our full house. Extremely accommodating. We needed a pair of crouches for a twisted ankle and Juan got us a new pair. Daily cleanings with laundry service. The house is the perfect size with great outdoor space. The pool is heated for those chillier Medellín nights. The view has to be the best view in the whole city hands down.!!! Thank you guys so much !!

Gated community, very beautiful backyard. The house was massive and accommodated 4 people really well and guest. Our co-host Luis was always on standby to help us out with absolutely “anything” we need. Anytime of the day or night he was ready for everything. We got the private chef as well. She prepared homemade columbian meals. Depending on traffic we were roughly 20-30 minutes from the local spots. Uber was easily accessible and cheap. All in all we enjoyed our stay here and highly recommend it to anyone.

Excelente sitio, muy limpio y con una muy buena comunicación

La casa es un lugar muy cómodo, muy limpia, con enseres en muy buena condicion y en una ubicación excepcional: muy cerca al parque principal, con acceso a restaurantes y otros comercios. Resalto además el excelente trato que recibí de la anfitriona debido a que tuve una calamidad y fue muy empática con la situación y flexible para ofrecernos alternativas.

La atención es excelente, muy atentos, en cuanto a la finca todo está muy bien amoblada muy organizada, cuando llegamos todo súper limpio y bien puesto, los espacios sin muy cómodos y agradables. Totalmente recomendable

Very nice Finca with great service and communication. Any issues we had were resolved as fast as possible and the pictures reperesent the Finca or in real life the Finca even looks better and got some updates. I'd definitely book again and can recommend the Finca!

Andrés was an amazing host for us. He was great at communicating. He helped us with airport transportation there and back . He also had great recommendations for us to try different things and excursions. We had an in house helper Michael that helped with all our needs. Michael also helped us get around with our Ubers and when we were home made sure we were safe. There was also a cleaning lady that cleaned the rooms and made sure the house was always clean. We had a great experience and definitely will be booking there again.

The apartment is suitable for one or two people. It's located in a safe and wealthy part of Medellin. Everything is a little pricey as expected. There are some good restaurants nearby and a Supermarkets are located about 7 minutes from the building. The nightlife is interesting as well. There are a few clubs in the area. But we enjoyed our stay and the view from the balcony. Fully recommended to any traveler to Medellin.

The view from the balcony of the apartment building was outstanding. If you want that view of Medellin you see on the Internet, this is the perfect place. The neighborhood is perfect I enjoyed taking my morning walks and going to the local stores. The building has a gym, swimming pool and chill room. Clara was really nice we were able to check in early and. Wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment.

What a perfect spot to explore Medellín, and an incredible view. It’s the perfect walking distance from the hustle and bustle in an incredibly designed building. Loved it!

Great place to stay in Medellin! It‘s very well located, easy to get to the are of restaurants/ bars and clubs not just by taxi, but also in walking distance. It‘s a safe area as well… The apartment is cozy and exactly as depicted, the bed comfy and spacious😁 We had a good time here. Thanks!
