House vacation rentals in Medan Sunggal

It a comfortable and spacious house. Very clean and near to the city centre. Parking lot can fit 2 cars, there are 4 rooms 3 bathroom. Fully airconditioned (All rooms including the living room are equipped with airconditioner). There's a large balcony at the 2nd floor. Ms Sherly is very helpful, flexible and friendly. My parents and I were very happy and satisfied throughout our stay. Nevertheless, it will be great if there is a wifi connection (as foreigner cannot use Indonesia's simcard using phone that was purchase outside Indonesia) and if we can use the washing machine. ^^ Overall LOVE IT! Ps: if you require massage service, do ask the guard for contact. My family got ourselves full body massage at a very reasonable price.

great host, the house is nice and spacious

Darren and his team were on top of everything! Very responsive and the listing was exactly like it was pictured and described. We had access to all we needed for our stay and when we didn't, the team was on it. Communication was quick and responsive when we needed it.

Great place to stay.

The place is easy to find and feel homey, the house is spacious, clean and have complete amenities, the host and the maid are very helpful and responsive, in the residential area also have many facilities available, such as laundry and minimarkets. There is only one minus, that you having to climb the stairs to get to the room. Overall, i recommend you to stay at this house

It's a great place for great value and for the low budget too, a safe neighborhood as well. But before you book the place, please remind the host to make sure to clean the bathroom more. Be reminded that the kitchen doesn't provide any windows or exhaust fans to extract hot air from inside, so you're gonna need a fan (already included in the house) to blow out the air. Overall, we enjoy the trip there. Thank you so much!
