The Cottage Small but Nice

A very lovingly furnished small house to feel good. Everything is fine - as described. I was also very kindly welcomed. I also especially liked that the small house inside was always cool around 30-32 degrees despite external heat.... although I didn't have air conditioning on. Gladly again and again. Thank you very much.

Great location. Close to everything. Gated parking. Spacious spaces, sophisticated design, well-equipped. The mosquito net may have been missing due to ventilation. Very quiet apartment despite traffic. We had a good rest on the terrace. Attentive Host. We'll go again, thank you so much.

The place is even beyond the pictures, it is located in a beautiful environment, it can be a wonderful experience in the winter and summer, it is well equipped with everything, we recommend it to animal lovers and the jacuzzi is very comfortable! The accommodation is wonderful, the hosts are very nice. There were 8 of us at a company team meeting, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. We all had a comfortable space, it was cleanliness, and the owners paid a lot of attention to the smallest things possible. We had a great time with all the circumstances. It can't be conveyed in the photos what we experienced in person because it's so much better. The atmosphere of the house, the location (at the foot of the Mecsek), the view, the courtyard, the environment. In a word. I'm sure we'll be back, the most beautiful and well-equipped place to stay. Thank you!❤️

Aleksandra and her husband were great hosts from the beginning. The house is very nice and very clean. The garden is great, but unfortunately there was no more the fire pit shown in a photo. Linen and towels are sufficiently available. The kitchen is fully equipped , including welcome gifts. The pool was cleaned every day. We liked it so much that we would have liked to extend it. Absolute insider tip: About 1 km away is a great restaurant. A beautiful ambiance. Baranjska-Kuca. With museum. To say goodbye, there was a lovingly packed gift from our hosts. We'll be happy to come back.

We booked this place to spend with family, 6 adults and 3 children, upon arrival we were all very shocked at how much bigger it is in reality compared to the pictures. We have also realised there are loads more than we saw in the description, football area with goals, wine cellar available, huge garden, outside sitting area, rooftop, disco facilities with smoke machine which the kids absolutely loved. Also very good quality darts, football table, air hockey, chess, board games, etc. The kitchen and outside area are also very well equipped, the bbq and fire area came with utensils and firewood, had everything for outdoor or indoor cooking. Extremely helpful host, beautiful views! There is everything you need for the perfect stay, highly recommend, and hopefully we will be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This house was exceptional. Beautifully built and tastefully arranged. Pécs it’s a wonderful city, seemingly not yet discovered by foreign tourists. I wish we had spent more time there. Judit is a great host, proactive and responding immediately to any questions. Highly recommended!

We were in Pecs for a weekend and it was actually a pity that we didn't have much time to enjoy the apartment. It's a little outside the city centre but within easy walking distance. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. The furnishings are harmonious and friendly, making you feel right at home. The kitchen is equipped for every recipe and there is also a desk and a balcony. Krisztina herself is very nice and helpful and lives right next door, so communication for questions etc. is super easy. She also responded very quickly to all messages and so it was easy to make arrangements. We would recommend this flat to anyone. It is also perfect for longer stays of several weeks.

Fabulous break whilst visiting family,. Excellent location, very clean and tidy . We would recommend this destination for anyone. Superb, We only made the mistake of trying to access the carpark through the wrong gate 😌 because it was late and we were super tired. The host was very helpful. Many thanks

Lovely slice of peace and tranquility, loved the view from the house and decking. Hot tub was nice to use in the evening. We were also visited by a deer, which was a bonus. 7 mins drive from supermarket to stock up and then make an escape.

The place is in a great location with a nice view and hiking trails nearby. The house has everything you need for two people, plus two terraces for outside dining and drinking wine. There is also good parking, which isn't a final aspect on the steep hillside. The landlord is very nice and easy to reach when needed.

Perfect house for a short stop at Bezdan! Private pier with a row boat and a big modern home with a terrace! Mirjana was extremely helpful, accommodating and friendly. I wish I could stay longer but will return.
