Very well organized house, close to the beach, close to shops and restaurants. The only thing that was lacking was that the house was very musty, very humid and the bedding smelled musty, other than that Christian was very attentive. If it doesn't smell like mold, I'll be back more often

We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

I rented the house to a group of 23 people, a band that performed at my wedding. I didn't even stay at the place, but the communication, for closing the rent and etc, was easy and resolute. They made themselves available to cook for the guests and received them very well. The feedback from the group was among the best, they felt at home and welcomed. I highly recommend it for those who need a cozy home with easy communication. Not to mention that the region is beautiful too!! I wish this super receptive family success.

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with bed and bath linens, clean and new. Large, comfortable bathrooms with a hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which made our tours much easier. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

I loved the space! Sauna, pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is short, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that would be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The condominium is great, easy to locate, safe, with lots of green, piscona, sauna, playground, etc. Lucas was extremely attentive and very quick in returns, in addition to having relaxed the check-in and checkout times that helped us a lot. Gilmara's space is amazing, amidst many trees, filled with nature, a peace! Gilmara was extremely kind, we traveled as a family taking a small child and a dog and there was no one who said they were not comfortable, she welcomed us with great affection, gave us the tip of a taxi driver who picked us up at the airport! It was really sensational, this family trip was for the purpose of going to a wedding, Gilmara's space is close to some ceremonial ones, but we all left with the feeling of wanting more! I found the property to be rigorously clean and organized, exactly the same as the description in the photos. The apartment really overlooks the sea and, by the way, a simply wonderful view. The host is very attentive. When the cooking gas ran out, Matheus arranged for the exchange immediately. The apartment has a steam iron. I found some treats that were coffee and refined sugar and even a Melita paper filter with the strainer and coffee maker. I also received a personal hygiene kit with shampoo, conditioner and soap, which I took as a souvenir. The apartment has an electronic lock with a password and inside we can put another lock to sleep peacefully with the certainty that no one will be able to open the door. Everything was very tasteful and clean. I have nothing to complain about. May God multiply and prosper Matheus. Amen.

One of the best places I've ever stayed. Super complete and comfortable. The host is very accessible and helpful. Jackson also provided great support. The place is wonderful. Very quiet to rest and has great beaches nearby. You can walk. A late afternoon tour with the kayaks was an incredible differential. It was definitely worth it.
