The apartment is the same as the description and photos, very cozy, beautiful, clean, has all the necessary features, as well as the structure of the building, all spaces organized and with kind staff, its location is wonderful, in the center of Bacutia, next to the beach and close to the main events in the region. Rita was an excellent host, she provided all the recommendations, responded quickly, was very kind and helpful. I fully recommend the stay!

me and my family had a great experience. full house with cozy bedrooms, large and clean bathrooms, large-sized living room with large tv, fast wifi, impeccable leisure area with pool and hydro, close to beaches, both at the fruit tip and in Guarapari. environs with all the assistance, a grocery store with everything you need less than 100 meters from the house, with larger markets 5 km from the house, a beverage distributor that delivers as well. Alexandre always very proactive, attentive and understanding. we thank you very much for hosting and we are very satisfied.

It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery.
