We're confident you'll fall in love with this spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bath farmhouse and its peaceful, secluded setting in the middle of farm, ranch, & hunting country, yet just 1 mile off blacktop roads and a few minutes from Meade State Lake. The house features a large kitchen & dining area for family meals and a large living room with a smart TV for your entertainment. Speaking of entertainment, the basement includes a ping pong table and foosball table and there's lots of yard space outside.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We have plenty of room for the whole family or have the whole place to yourself! Ashland is the perfect place to disconnect and revel in small town life. This is an older home that is recently remodeled. There is an unfinished basement in the home that is not part of the living space in this listing. We do allow access to the basement as we are in tornado alley. A $300 cleaning fee will be charged for any unapproved pets in our home!

This home has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bath, and a fold out couch in the living room so the property will sleep 6. A spacious kitchen with a coffee/tea/Snack bar is located within the kitchen area. There is a smart TV which is loaded with MANY streaming applications. Exercise Bike and workout DVD'S.

This property is located on a spacious country farm 7 miles south of Sublette. This is a renovated scale house turned into a guest house. The scales are still used during harvest. It is quaint, clean and cozy. You will have the whole place to yourself! Plenty of room for grilling outside and plenty of parking! Great for one person passing through or a large group of hunters!
