Very beautiful apartment with an amazing view in the big residence pool and greenery. There are plenty of parking sports inside the secured residence and the location is perfect with only few steps away from the Cabo Negro's most busy area with a plenty of great restaurants.

A panoramic view from the terrace reveals a spacious outdoor area with landscaped greenery and buildings in the distance. The blue sky complements the vibrant colors of the surroundings, while the terrace features a tiled floor and an open layout, enhancing the overall sense of openness.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The host went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, offering a serene escape while still being close to all the attractions. The accommodations were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like a true home away from home. Communication was seamless, with the host being responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. She truly made sure we had everything we needed and more.

Riad in the heart of the Medina

Genuinely don’t know where to start, The amazing hosts or The stunning Riad. We were welcomed by Said who was extremely helpful and cheerful, he took his time to show us around the riad, even with the language barrier, communication was extremely effective. Throughout our stay both Said and Caminal were very responsive to our messages and provided recommendations for shops and restaurants. Caminal personally collected me from the front door to take me to a shop that I could not find, such beautiful hosts. Now The Riad, honestly it’s breathtaking, the eyes are met with Moroccan decor and beautiful traditional architecture, we throughly enjoyed looking around at all of the little trinkets on display. Staying in The Riad made our holiday feel like the true morrocan experience, the front door opens straight into the markets where you can spend the whole day getting lost through the Medina. If you are visiting Tétouan I would 100% recommend. The Riad far surpassed our expectations.

The apartment was perfect for our clean, bright stay, with a very nice view, exactly as in the photos. We immediately felt good there. The host was very responsive, friendly and always available when needed. We recommend it without hesitation and we'll be happy to come back if we have a chance!

perfect apartment everything was fine nothing to say about the bed linen and towels available everything was as on the listing!! air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room! Netflix youtube perfect if you feel like staying at home european comfort in Morocco 👍🏾 the perfect pool with activities for the kids and theme nights! the kids loved the proximity to the beach is a plus! Coffee shop and restaurant nearby! in addition, there is the highway that goes to Tetouan 30 min mdiq 15 min martil cabo negro 20/25 min close to everything! special mentions to our hosts who were very available and arrived flexible! i recommend it. 👍🏾

Abdelahs house is located on a mountain where on one side you are looking at the mountains and the other side you are looking at the Mediterranean Sea. The stay was very relaxing and I highly recommend this place if you want to get away from the city life and stay close to nature where you can hear roosters croaking in the morning, easy to get to trails for walking on the mountains, pollution free environment and strong and pleasant mountain breeze To top it all the house is an orchid where Abdelah has many fruit/vegetable plants like grapes, figs, apples and a nice canopy in the middle of it to sit down under the shade and enjoy the view I found Abdelah very friendly and responsive who goes out of his way to make you comfortable. He speaks good English and loves collecting antiques. I saw a record player that actually worked and listened to a lovely song while sipping on the mint tea that Abdelah prepared for me II highly recommend this place if you need a break from city life 👍

The setting is really perfect for enjoying a peaceful and pleasant stay with a beautiful sea view. The host was very friendly, proactively contacted us and recommended useful services to have a great time.

I stayed at Khalid's during September, when we arrived the apartment was clean with magnificent views. The residence is secure closed and on site parking. My parents took advantage of the pool because it was still sunny. Next inshaa allah
