Tourist apartment in a beautiful location

Enjoy a great travel experience in this strategic residence. In a very safe stay in a privileged location two minutes away on the beach, and five minutes car on cabonegro, he is on the first floor of the elevator and there is a private park in the apartment , a new apartment that has never been rented before ,and in the summer(July and August)there are events on a daily basis. Clean and confortable apt with view

Ideal for couples. Top-floor, breezy with view of the sea, the mountains and the Swiming pool. 7 minutes walk to the beach. Walk in to grocery store, restaurant, cafe. Please note: Moroccan couples might need to show marriage certificate (Moroccan Law) at arrivals. Price is for two adults. Maximum 2 children. keep in mind the space is not child-proof.

The apartment was impeccable, everything clean and with everything you need to spend a family vacation. Ahmed was attentive all the time, he attended to all our requests and always with a good predisposition. The apartment is very cool, always runs breeze and has a good location in front of the pool. It felt like you were debuting the apartment, everything was new. The only thing that could improve is the wifi connection, which was very slow, and that there are no rest times in the pool area. Thank you so much for everything Ahmed! We'll definitely do it again. Super recommended. It's not easy to find places like this and with hosts like that.

The apartment matches the description It is very well located ( not far from the city and the beach on foot )👍🏼. It is made available in a state of impeccable cleanliness!!! However, a few things were missing like a fan, some dishes, dish towels, and towels. We had a lovely stay.

I recently stayed at Mohammed Place and had a fantastic experience! Mohammed was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. He provided excellent recommendations for local shops, restaurants, and activities, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The flexibility with check-in and check-out times was greatly appreciated, making our travel arrangements much easier. We had a pleasant holiday at this villa that offers all the services and meets all the needs that a large family can have. Even before we arrived, Azmi answered all my questions about the services of the villa, its location and informed me about the city of M 'diq. He is very responsive, attentive to his guests and really cares about their comfort. As for the villa, it exactly matches the photos. Spacious, well equipped, decorated with care, in a quiet and secure area, in a quiet and secure area, and 10 minutes from the beach on foot, we didn't feel cramped at all despite our number (there were 8 of us). If you want to have a good holiday in a villa that offers high-end amenities, I would definitely recommend booking with Azmi!
