Our wonderful home is very unique in many ways. The original home was built in 1870 and is situated on Pine Hill Homestead, one of the original homesteads of Bloomington. From the 1960s it was renovated by then owner and architect, C.Eugene Asbury. Since the renovation, our home has remained his vision and allows you to take a step back in time for what life was like in the 50s and 60s with furniture and lighting from that timeless era. We are happy to host short and long term visitors.

the Spott house was such a quaint and perfect place for our family to stay to watch the D3 softball world series. House was super clean, Jasmine was super fast in her responses and I loved the fact she had shampoo, conditioner and body gel in both bathrooms to use! everything was well stocked.

This home is amazing! We stayed for an ISU graduation and it was perfect for our family and friends. Close enough to campus but in a very private nice neighborhood. The home itself is gorgeous. When we got there we were shocked at the amount of space there truly was. The hosts are great too!

Amanda is a great host. Communication was clear and helpful. Her place was very clean and well suited for the four of us that stayed over the weekend for my son's graduation at ISU. The neighborhood is very quiet and it's super easy to get to the campus or to grab a bite to eat. There's a little grocery store around the corner that i describe as a mini wholefoods market. We all enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend Amanda's place as an alternative to staying in a noisy crowded hotel.

Bob at Normandy Village 12-b was amazing! He was very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home with local recommendations and answers to all questions we had! Not to mention the apartment was in a beautiful area and was incredibly clean with lots of everyday needs stocked up! All in all if we are ever in the area again this will definitely be top of the list to stay!
