Recently-restored AIR-CONDITIONED bright apt with gorgeous wooden beams in the middle of charming Cannaregio district. You will find all modern amenities, sapiently mixed with a Venetian flavor. Perfect location, 10-min walking distance from the train station, few steps away from public boat transport, local restaurants (not tourist traps) and bars. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

According to ARTICLE 27 BIS LAW R.V. 11/2013, you will have to pay the landlord a tourist tax of 4 euros per day per person (children under 10 years old exempt and from 10 to 16 years old reduced by 50%), for a maximum period of 5 nights per person (for continuous stay) and MANDATORY at the time of check-in in cash.

Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Christian’s place. The apartment is about a thirty minute walk to the farthest points in Venice. The apartment was super clean and organized. The only thing I will add is the apartment is a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures. Absolutely recommend though. It was perfect for us.

Seven star review if I could! Everything was wonderful. Torcello is a quiet, little island with a magnificent history in the Venetian lagoon. You can visit the nearby basilica, church, bell tower and museum of the 7th and 11th century, then walk to Franco's beautiful historic home which offers all the modern comforts. It is clean, comfortable and well stocked. He is an exceptional and receptive host. Franco's place is magical if you want a quiet Venice, good food and want to be around nature and history.

A modern bathroom features a circular mirror above a white oval sink, set against a backdrop of textured stone walls. The sink is accompanied by a wooden countertop adorned with neatly arranged toiletries and a small potted plant for a touch of greenery.

Lorena is a really excellent host. She communicated really well in terms of meeting us and handing the keys. She is very considerate and kind. She let us leave our luggage to explore the island. She told us beforehand that if the place is free she's very willing for us to leave our luggage and use her facilities. The house is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The place is less than 5 min walk away from the the vaporetto and 1 min walk from the famous viewpoint bridge. Her place is very accessible to the restaurants. She made it feel like home. We had water, milk and biscuits. The kids and myself really enjoyed our stay.

Very comfortable Airbnb in excellent location. Quiet yet easy walking distance from all of the beauty of the island.
