Monthly Rentals in Mazzaforno

A dream in terracotta colors. Unfortunately, for us only for a few days: stylish Sicilian and spacious home with enchanting garden and wide sea views. Recommended and worth its price. The hosts very friendly. In short, we would have liked to have stayed there!

Great place to stay near the sea! The outdoor terrace is awesome and even has a covered part which we were able to use when it rained. Short drive to Cefalu. It was a little hard to find in the dark but I think it would be much easier in the daylight. The apartment is nice, showing a bit of wear but had everything we needed. Nunzia was a great host, especially since we had to book this last minute!

We had a wonderful time at Gerlando's place. Directions to the house were easy to follow and we got there with no issue. Gerlando was onsite when we arrived. Despite Gerlando not speaking English, we got by with my Italian and Google Translate. There were 8 adults and 2 children in our group. The house fit us well. The outdoor dining under the pergola on the terrace seated us all comfortably. It was a highlight of our stay. We also enjoyed the pools which were a short walk from the house. The kids loved it and so did the adults. The beaches were a short walk from the house although there are steps leading down to the beach. If you have accessibility issues, just be aware. Gerlando's place enables you to relax and enjoy what Sicily has to offer. The sun, beaches, and relaxation are amazing. You can grab a train at the Lascari station and be in Palermo in an hour for just a few dollars. There are tours available in town.

We LOVED our stay in Cefalu and it was our favorite location in Sicily. This place was gorgeous and our small family of 4 loved it very much. What a special private home with fantastic access to the private beach below. The drive to town was just 10 min and we loved the local restaurants and happy people too! Highly recommended and we sure hope to return for another visit ourselves again soon too!
