Located in a quiet and green residential area, perfect for relaxing and forgetting all the day's worries, close to all the necessary amenities: supermarket, bakery, pizzeria, bank, etc. Walking and cycling enthusiasts can fully enjoy the Long du Doubs road bike route. Besançon city center is about a 10-minute drive away. Private parking at the foot of the property.

For cyclists we are 2 km from the bike path. 5 minutes from the A36 between Besançon and Dole, you can discover many tourist sites: Osselle Cave 15 minutes away Royal Saltworks of Arc-et-Senans 15 minutes away etc.

Pleasant 23 m² studio in house with independent access, ground floor, an exterior, a parking space in village close to highway access to Besançon Centre and Saint-Claude, TRAM terminus (city center access). Village served by buses. This is my home that I make available during my absences, so equipped, only a 2-door wardrobe with my personal belongings is unavailable. Cats are present in the house inhabited by my daughter.
