This unique accommodation is unique and super exclusive, bordering the Coto Doñana (the so-called sticks) in front of the distance you see Sanlucar, Chipiona and Cádiz. It is a very well-equipped apartment to feel at home. Sheets and bath and hand towels, heat radiators. Beach utensils, 4 beach chairs, large umbrella, refrigerator. Equipped for children upon request: high chair, crib with mattress, sound surveillance, dishes, cutlery, etc. The neighborhood is quiet, with green areas.

This is a completely independent accommodation attached to a single-family villa. It consists of a living room-kitchen. Full bathroom, double room and terrace of about 25 square meters, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and dinners and as a relaxation area. We have renovated the accommodation and converted it into a totally private apartment (including its own entrance). It used to be rented by the room, hence in the previous reviews it appears as a shared space.

It's a very quiet area, so you won't be bothered during your stay, despite being very close to all the sights. The apartment is great for couples.
