Ingrid and Helmut are, without a doubt, the best Airbnb hosts I’ve ever had. Their apartment is amazing and spacious, they’re very kind, and they provide you with tons of local resources and help navigating the Rhine River valley. They gave us a spreadsheet showing the names and hours of the restaurants in town, homemade breakfast in the morning, a short tour around the town, and so much more. I can’t recommend them enough , and if you’re even remotely close to Bacharach, Germany, spend at least two days with Ingrid and Helmut. You will not regret it!

This place at Reil is situated at a very beautiful location by the Mosel. Everything was as advertised. Did the wine tour and tasted a lot of good wines. The family is also amazing, and since I dont speak German, they were very helpful with the recommendations on things to do around the area. Highly recommended. Thanks for the amazing experience.

To stay with Fritz, I actually only remember one word: good. Good food, good wines, good company, good rooms, good mattresses, good sauna, good bathroom, good views, good conversations - a good, no very good time. Thank you so much for this wonderful stay, which we enjoyed very much with five of us. We had an entire floor to ourselves, in the evening we were able to sit together by the wood stove and enjoy the delicious wines of Fritz. We can imagine ourselves very well to stay with Fritz again in the future.

This is a lovely room on the third level In the home of Ingrid and Helmut. There are several amenities including a very clean room and bathroom and friendly hosts. If you enjoy interacting with the hosts you rent from, this is the place for you. They will sit with you on their patio for great conversation. The breakfast Ingrid prepares is worth seeing!

Excellent hosting by Dieter and Rita. Impeccable room, large common terrace to relax. We had an excellent Dieter wine tasting. Breakfast was hearty, varied and delicious. Very nice place in a beautiful area!

Great stay in a lovingly renovated historic building with cozy Mediterranean flair in the courtyard. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. Absolutely likeable landlords with a lot of love for the 'little' big things, such as tea and coffee with kettle, mineral water and fresh flowers in the room. Bright and spacious room, quiet location. Definitely recommended and we are happy to see you again. Afra and Jürgen

We spent 2 great days at the Mosel. There was nothing missing. The wine fridge was available to us at any time. Billing was on a trust basis. The landlady was very nice and fulfilled all wishes. The breakfast was very good. Also in the wine bar there were great food for wine in the evening. The room was cozy with window to the Mosel. I'm sure we'll be back!

Staying at Klaus’s hotel was the warmest and coziest part of my trip. Klaus and his family were kind and hospitable, making me feel at home. We had a smooth communication online. And hosts gave us great advice for eating and exploring, making our time in Bacharach truly memorable. Klaus’s family also served a delicious German-style breakfast in a charming dining room, which was a real treat. The hotel is in a traditional old house—“old” yet comfortable, with modern facilities and clean environment. It’s not hard to find the house must have host with good aesthetic who really love and take good care of it. Our big room featured solid wood furniture, and the window view revealed a hillside vineyard across the road. Though not in Bacharach’s center, the hotel’s peaceful, natural surroundings made it easy to relax while still being conveniently located. Everything about the hotel was wonderful, and we still miss it after leaving. The price was also attractive. Strongly recommend to others.

We had a very nice stay at the traditional half-timbered guest house. The hearty breakfast was perfect for long days exploring the Rhine valley.

Open, friendly hosts. They are happy to give tips on excursions and always have an open ear. The house is located directly on the street, so it is easily accessible. At breakfast, there is nothing to be desired. This creates a good basis for great hiking tours. Bikers will also enjoy this small hotel Garni.

Great spot to stay for the night. Clean and comfortable. A nearby walking path is a bonus for a view of the village.

I've stayed here before and will stay again! It is a very nice old building with beautiful surroundings. Nice walk to/from the Rhine. The family is very nice and friendly. Rooms are extremely clean and the breakfast wonderful. Can't wait to come back!

Very nice hostess, we spent 3 nights over Easter, everything was great. The farm with toddler and dog is highly recommended. The animals are super sweet and can be petted. An experience for all ages. Great hiking opportunities and many sights.
