Very nice apartment with a great view and very bright. The apartment is very clean and functional. We had all the essentials to spend these few days. Unfortunately, the weather was not favorable (icy rain) but as the apartment is very nice, it was not a problem to stay inside. Thanks to our hosts for their continued kindness and help. We won't hesitate to return!

We had a great stay at Julie's place, who gave us a great welcome. The place is decorated with taste. The apartment is very functional. Restaurants and activities are nearby, the lake is right next door!!! Evian is a very nice city 2 steps from Switzerland. Everything was perfect! We recommend it!

Magalene's house was in a very nice location, you wake up with a lake view, in the forest, with the sounds of birds. At the same time, it's close to the markets. Of course, you will need a car. I didn't try, but it must be difficult to get around without a car. The house was small, but clean. When Magalene's house was ready, she immediately sent a message. Two hours before check-in. Thank you very much.

The apartment is beautiful and is exactly as described in the pictures. The view of the lake: wonderful. You can hear the street a little, but it's not loud because of the large park in front of the house. Check-in was hassle-free, communication totally straightforward. We would have liked to extend another night, but unfortunately the apartment was already occupied again. Free parking is available right in front of the house. The kitchen was fully equipped, from detergent to shower gel, everything was available. You rarely experience this so comfortably. So all in all: top apartment at fair conditions! We would come back here anytime.

We had a great time at Hervé's apartment. The accommodation is spacious, super well-equipped, very quiet and very conveniently located. The lake view is stunning. Hervé and his wife Sandra are very welcoming hosts, who gave us a lot of information about things to see and do in the area. We enjoyed our stay so much that we will come back in the summer.

If you are looking for a beautiful apartment in the heart of the city of Evian, don't go any further and rent this one. It is located in a new quality building, simply but tastefully furnished and perfectly equipped. Parking is very convenient and accessible by elevator from the apartment... but it seems better not to have a very large vehicle. Note the particularly friendly and attentive welcome from Régina, and her fortunately very precise instructions to get to the building without taking into account the erroneous GPS directions (for now at least). The check-out process couldn't be simpler. In summary: perfect in every way!

Daniel is very responsive and helpful. He is also very accommodating. The accommodation was impeccable and perfectly matched the description in the advertisement. The only negative point would be the bedding but for 2 or 3 nights it's fine. A big thank you to Daniel for this warm welcome. If we come back to the area, we'll come back to your place without so much as a second thought.

We stayed for one night and had a great experience. The flat is very central — perfect for exploring the city on foot. Although some of the ceilings are a bit low, it wasn’t a problem at all for my tall husband. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive; when we accidentally left a phone in the flat, they came quickly to help us retrieve it, which we really appreciated. We'd happily stay here again!

Really great flat and location for a family holiday. Bright open space with a large decking area. Well equipped kitchen. Short walk down into town with nice shops, restaurants and waterfront. Got a good workout walking up the steep hill to the flat a couple of times a day! The local swimming pool was the best I’ve been to - we went several times swimming in the lake pool and heated open pool. Plenty of places to visit via car or ferry.

Our highlight was the view from the terrace. We enjoyed sitting there for a long time in the evening and looking at the lake and the lights. Everything else was great and we didn't miss anything. As a starting point for a bike tour, the place was also very convenient. We can only recommend this place!

This small, comfortable and stylish apartment is just across the road from the beautiful Lake Leman - you can watch the world go by from the balcony. The apartment is also close to the historic town centre, with its stunning buildings and it is great for public transport links too. We didn't have a car and found travelling around easy. Perfect for bars and restaurants too! A fabulous place in lovely Evian-Les- Baines,

This was my last accommodation at the end of my 75 days travelling around Europe. One of the best for sure! I originally booked for 4 nights, ended up staying 7! Luckly the place was available to do so. Spacious with everything you need. Comfortable bed, good bathroom/shower, good kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal (there is no oven, but a good microwave). Location is unbeatable, so close to everything yet, quiet and peaceful. This whole area is amazing with so much to do! If you have a car, even better. Parking can be tricky but I had no problems finding free parking at the top of town (you can use funiculaire to reach it). In town, free parking between 7pm-9am and on the weekends. Great communication with Sandra.

We had a great time at Jérémie and Francine's. Everything was absolutely perfect: the comfort of the accommodation, as well as the attention to the smallest details. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Thank you so much for your kindness. We'll be back with great pleasure!

Everything is cozy and nice to stay

We had a great time at Corinne and Pierre-Philippe's. The accommodation is great, we enjoyed the jacuzzi and the view. We had some great tips on things to do and restaurants. Young Vaïa is adorable, at the heart of all the attention. We'll be happy to go back!

This lovely and comfortable apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. The smallest details make your stay as nice as being in a fine hotel: comfortable beds, pillows, extra throw blankets, good quality linens and plush towels. Francois and Capucine are nearby when needed but always discreet and allowed us our privacy. If that is not enough the highlight is the breathtaking views from the deck. The photos do not due justice to the awesome majesty of the mountains. We had many outings planned but only did half of our plans as we only wanted to stay local and to enjoy the views right from the house and nearby Combloux. Combloux is a gem as is Megeve and the proximity to Chamonix makes the location ideal! We will go back with our children and grand children!

Pleasant studio on a quiet street, yet still a stone’s throw away from the commercial district. Very easy to access if arriving by train. Clear automated instructions for arrival and departure. Would highly recommend.
