Vacation rentals with a patio in Mawson Lakes

All communication from Paul was responsive and proactive. The apartment was exactly as described, and was perfect for our needs. Amazing proximity to the beach and walking track, as well as great coffee at the end of the street on the beach. The apartment was clean and well presented, with high quality bed linen and towels for the bathroom. The kitchen was really well stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, coffee machine and milk frother, paper towel, salt and pepper, Glad Wrap, etc as well as good quality pots, pans and cooking tools. Even better were the high quality knives which were super sharp! Beds were extremely comfortable and we slept very well. The hot water for the shower and kitchen was super hot. I would highly recommend Paul's apartment and would definitely stay again the next time we are in Glenelg.

I got used to the planes taking off/landing, so it wasn't an issue. I was a bit concerned about the carport size as it was described as only suiting a small car. So I messaged Russell and asked if my Nissan XTrail would fit and he assured me it would, and it did. Local shopping was great with Woolworths nearby. Plus my dog settled in well. Cannot fault my stay.

Wow! Best instructions to get into the Air BnB, very simple to understand. Including the photos 10/10 for instructions. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, sporting events ect. Beautiful views, and amenities. Love it thanks for having us.

Fantastic Airbnb with great hosts. Very responsive and thoughtful, the unit is self contained and has absolutely everything needed for your trip. Beautifully presented, clean and tidy. This was our second stay here, because this Airbnb is elite, including beautiful views and secured parking. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

We stayed 5 nights and Sarah's place provided everything we needed, from a kitchen that included condiments and a rice cooker to milk and soft drink in the fridge, as well as lovely snacks and a bottle of local wine. The apartment is small but very well appointed, has free parking and is in a very convenient location. Sarah is lovely and very responsive to any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

We’ve had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful Airbnb twice now, and we already can’t wait to return again! From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much care and attention to detail has gone into this home. It’s truly immaculate, spotless, beautifully styled, and incredibly welcoming. One of the standout features is the generous range of pantry and fridge supplies. It’s rare to find a place that goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, and this one does exactly that. Every little touch has been thoughtfully considered. Our dog Charlie absolutely loved it too, it’s not always easy to find pet-friendly accommodation that also maintains such a high standard, but this one ticks every box. We felt completely at ease and so comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you again for creating such a relaxing and impressive space. We will definitely be back!

Ivan was very responsive when we had trouble turning on the stove. It was also very kind of him to extend us a couple more hours as we had a late flight to catch. It was a lovely and comfortable stay

Lovely & clean, renovated old home in a quiet location with lots of trees & small pond. We could hear the birds chirping in the trees. Bed was super comfy. Fantastic lounge area with comfy recliners, great for watching the huge tv or just relaxing. Tanya was super helpful & responsive to our questions. Air con was on when we arrived on 41°C day, which was much appreciated. Pantry, kitchen & laundry were well stocked with basic requirements & more. Overall, a very comfy & relaxing stay. We loved our stay here for almost 2 weeks. It was perfectly set-up and Sarah even had toys and a cot available for our 1-year-old. Good walkability to Bowden area and river. Would highly recommend for a couple with a young baby.

We enjoyed a wonderful few days in North Haven over the Gather Round weekend. The location, being so close to the train station, made it so easy to get into the City while still enjoying a pretty relaxed weekend away. Karl was very responsive and made us feel very at home. We will definitely be back again.

A beautifully renovated cottage that met our needs perfectly. It was a great spot to get to just north of the Adelaide parklands. The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished and very well equipped. It was so nice to find the fridge had fresh milk when I walked in after a long trip, and some treats to nibble on. Cas and David were really responsive, welcoming and helpful. Beds, quilts and pillows were comfortable and cosy. Reverse cycle heating was appreciated but the house gets afternoon sun so we enjoyed that too. We felt really at home for our 3 night stay. Thank you for having us!

John was helpful and responsive from the beginning and the property was as expected for the area.

We loved our stay. Leonie was really communicative which made check in easy. Perfect location right near the train station so easy to get around. The apartment is really spacious with a lovely balcony which we watch the sunrise on. All the amenities you need plus the wellness centre is a great bonus. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was perfect. Easy to find (Alex sent great instructions and photos) in a central location and parking was super easy. The house was so clean and comfy I was sad to leave after only one night.

Great stay everything as described. Need to update check out instructions. Keys and fob to be dropped in letter box for the apartment at ground floor upon checkout. Highly recommend would stay again.
