A truly welcoming host who went the extra mile for us during our stay from helpful advice on what to see / local restaurants to welcoming us with a bottle of wine and treats which was most welcome after an early UK flight . Spacious accommodation in a central location - 15 mins walk to most things. Clean & well stocked with essentials. Responsive host, easy check in & check out. 10 min walk to LIDL & free street parking available. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful time in Kalamata and the accommodation was excellent! The room was very clean, fully equipped and in a very convenient location, close to the old town. But what made our stay special was Angela — kind, friendly and really willing to help us with anything we needed. We thank her very much for the hospitality and we will definitely return to the same accommodation!

A nice and well equipped apartment close to city centre, the market and the bus station. We stayed for three weeks and had everything we needed. The balcony with a lot of greenery is an extra plus! We had good communication with Palina, who is a very considerate host. We would love to come back!

We had such a wonderful stay at Ioannis’s gorgeous property! It felt like staying in a hotel everything was so well laid out. She was incredibly helpful and quick at replying and even on their bank holiday got our induction hob replaced within 3 hours! Couldn’t recommend this place enough with a short walk to a beautiful beach and easy access to shops, restaurants and a nice scenic walk into the city centre. Ioannis also supplied us with a taxi service that was a huge help in getting to and from the airport and felt very safe! The black out shutters on every window make for a peaceful nights sleep. This place is a must stay we can’t wait to come back!

Wow, what a gem! We spent nearly three weeks in Greece, mostly staying at Airbnb properties, but George, our host, truly stood out. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. George met us at the gate, helped carry our luggage during check-in, and provided us with more than enough food and water. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and sights and checked in to ensure we were doing well. When we checked out at 6:30 a.m., he was there again to assist with our luggage. George was a truly exceptional host. The house's location was perfect—right in the heart of Monemvasia, just a few minutes' walk from numerous restaurants. Monemvasia itself was a magical place; it felt like stepping back into medieval times. We feel incredibly fortunate to have met George and stayed in his home. Thank you for sharing your precious house, which has been in your family for generations!

The ‘welcome to your holiday home’-goodies were incredibly thoughtful and equally delicious. That plus the extra cleaning and fresh bedlinnen and towels made everything extra nice. Xenia! The beach house has a really good vibe. We loved sitting in the sun on the terrace. Listening to the sea and the birds. Enjoying the flowers and the trees. Nice walking distance to Ag. Nikolaos with cute harbour with nice restaurants and Leonardo for ice cream! We rented bikes at Mani By Bike (10min walking south from the coast). Nice to cycle to Stoupa with kids. Can highly recommend!

This is a top notch place, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay during our climbing trip to Kyparissi. Mr Stavros is an extremely helpful and pleasant host. We look forward to coming back next year!

We were quite late in the evening arriving and was warmly welcomed. Watermelon, peaches, wine, bottled water, treats and more awaited us. The place was so homey, we felt right at home. There is not one thing I can say negative about this property. The outside area is simply gorgeous and the pool was taken care of daily. Response to issues, my own fault, was immediate and so appreciated as first I locked myself out and then I didn’t know how to use the oven. :) It was taken care of in literally minutes. The bed was so comfortable as was the couch in the living room. A delicious bottle of wine from their lemon tree in the yard was given to us on departure, as well as an offer to check out later if needed. Do not hesitate to stay here, it truly is all it claims to be. We hope to be back some day.

Very nice place to stay, right in the middle of Agios Nicolaos. 100 meters to Knospi Beach, or to the harbor. On the first floor there is a terrace overlooking the olive grove, on the second floor there is a balcony with sea view. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, even for a longer stay. The amenities are very cozy and spotless. Stavroula is super friendly and always available. We loved it there and will definitely be back.

Nice house with a beautiful view! Clean with all the essentials. We stayed as 2 families with 5 children of all ages. Just keep in mind that it is far from a supermarket and with a difficult road, so make sure you have the necessary supplies in advance, if you have small children.

Everything was perfect, the apartment very nice and clean, we had water, snacks, bubble baths, a lot of electrical appliances, even had an umbrella that we forgot to take.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful accommodation in Kalamata! The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and historical sites. It made exploring the city so easy. What made our stay extra special was the thoughtful welcome pack with local produce. We were greeted with fresh olives, olive oil, and other local delights, which gave us a real taste of Kalamata’s traditions. The host, Victoria, was incredibly warm and welcoming, always available to offer tips and make sure we were comfortable. Everything was very nice, very comfortable accommodation for 4 people. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood, with a parking space for the car, we were comfortable walking around Leonidio. Perhaps one of the most beautiful places in mainland Greece!!! Thank you Thodoris for hosting us, we were very lucky to see this amazing place!!!

We absolutely loved our stay, the apartment is beautiful. Nikos was friendly and very helpful. We could not fault anything. The view is amazing and lots of great restaurants and cafes just below. We highly recommend staying here.

Maria is a wonderful host and extremely helpful, she gave lots of local tips for beaches and restaurants. The apartment is in a very good location, close to the marina, beaches and old town. Totally worth a visit, highly recommended.
