Beautiful hause, cosy garden, amazing view on the lake. We enjoyed a lot our stay in the villa. The hosts, an elderly couple were very welcoming and provided lots of useful info. They prepared wood for us for the chimney and even got a fishing rod for us from some neighbour! The hause was clean and well maintained. A few things could be refreshed here and there, but function well. The sorroundings - scarcely populated, but we managed to find some good restaurants in the nearby vilagges. Many thanks to the hosts! Would be happy to come again one day...

Such an incredible spot to stay, Slave made us feel right at home. Making sure the log burner was going before he left us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We had a great time, and everything that we needed. We would definitely recommend this as a lovely place to stay.

The hosts were very interested. Everything was as advertised. Just get all your needs from the grocery store before you get there because there aren't many options for shopping there. There were a lot of dogs around, if you're not afraid, it's okay because they were friendly dogs.

The house was perfect and we had an amazing stay. The location was great with great view of the lake and only 5min ride to the ski slopes. There was convenient parking on the main road for multiple cars even with heavy snowfall. Inside everything was exactly like on the pictures, the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of amenities. The temperature was perfect inside even if outside was minus degrees. The host was also fantastic, very friendly and responsive and the checkin experience was very easy. Would definitely recommend this house and stay here again.

The apartment in Galichnik exceeded our expectations: a lovely, cozy atmosphere with all the essentials, high up in the mountains with a beautiful view. There are many hiking trails nearby, a horseback riding stable and the town was very quiet this time of year. Definitely remote and disconnected, but this was exactly what we were looking for. Thank you Natasa for answering all our questions and making us feel at home in the mountains!

We had an amazing time with our Dalmatians. Host is really nice and friendly and his parents are really amazing. We were nicely welcomed and we felt at home. All neighbors came to congratulate us for our success on the dog shows in Mavrovo. We made new friends, we visited nice places and we had a lot of fun.

The mountain stone cottage is nestled against a backdrop of frost-covered peaks. Constructed with natural materials, the exterior features large windows under a sloped roof, allowing sunlight to flood the space. Surrounding greenery complements the serene setting.

The house is very cozy, and it has everything you might need. The fireplace adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It’s located in a very peaceful area, surrounded by tranquility, with plenty of beautiful walking trails nearby. The view is simply breathtaking. The host, Antoni, is very responsive and ready to help at any time. The nearest town and grocery store are 7 km from the house, and the cell service is excellent. If you’re looking for a place to relax, disconnect, and recharge, this is the perfect spot.

The mountain fortress

Simon was a great host! His house was fully stocked and heated when we arrived in the evening. The fireplace is great at heating the entire house, but there are also individual heaters for every room. The house is not at all far from the ski resort and even if you don't want to ski there are lots of beautiful and scenic walks in the area. I highly recommend renting out this house if you and a family or friends want to have a great place to rest while enjoying the natural beauty of Mavrovo.

This place was everything we needed for our weekend getaway in Mavrovo. Great location, amenities, view in a non-pretentious homey Vila where a group of friends could relax and have a great time by the crackling wood stove. The kitchen was fully equipped, the view from the balconies was stunning, and the closed gazebo was really cool to hang out in. Will definitely come back for this experience.

A wonderful place! The house is fully equipped and offers a breathtaking view. It features large windows overlooking the scenery and a cozy fireplace for winter days. Spotlessly clean. At the foot of the cabin flows a stream, surrounded by lush, natural greenery. In the summer, there’s a lovely pool right next to the house. The hosts are delightful—warm and welcoming, making us feel like part of the family. There’s also an excellent restaurant on the premises. Highly recommended, even for a quiet getaway of a few days. Great place to stay in Mavrovo area! Quiet and peaceful village in the mountains, responsive and attentive hosts and tasty homemade food- overall nice experience! Kate’s grandparents speak just a little English, but they were so friendly that it wasn’t problem at all! Felt like home!

Its a great vila right in the midst of nature. A unique experience as you can enjoy a view of the whole lake surrounded by mountains. Has a cozy restaurant nearby that also conveniently does deliveries to the house. Alexandar kindly escorted us to the vila and provided clear instructions for everything.
