I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

Small renovated house, 2 rooms + terrace

Located 850 m from the city center, 1.4 km (15-minute walk) from the train station. Small house renovated in 2021. In summer, you will enjoy the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

Alice and Jean's gîte, Cantal.

In Châtaigneraie, a character house from 1890 renovated in 2022 welcomes you in a quiet environment. Nearby Maurs, Figeac, Tolerme & St-Etienne Cantalès lakes, Conques & Salers, Rocamadour, the Cantal mountains… Unfenced land, garden furniture, barbecue and deckchair. On the ground floor: Living room with TV, equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom: 1 bed 160 X 200, 1 bedroom 1 bed 90, shower room and separate toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with 140 beds. 4 bedrooms, sleeps 6.

Country house and equestrian cottage.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. In the heart of a responsible and resilient organic farm, you can benefit on site from the direct sale of vegetables from the gardens, sourdough bread baked in a wood oven by Pauline on Friday and Saturday mornings and observe the horses walking around the equipment. In addition, if you are traveling with your horse, a paddock rental may be offered. Contact me if you are interested.

The Grange.

Barn with slate roof recently renovated to make it a modern and warm home. It is located in a peaceful hamlet near the Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle. In the heart of unspoiled nature and many marked mountain bike trails, marked, and yet close to various tourist sites (Conques, Aubrac, Soulages Museum in Rodez, Trou de Bozouls). 2.5 km from local shops (bread depot, restaurant and post office) 8 km from doctor, pharmacy and all shops.

Completely renovated barn.

Unconventional accommodation in a green setting. You will hear the sound of birds and the song of the stream for a guaranteed rest with no other noises than those of nature. A romantic getaway as well for a cozy evening by the stove in winter or on a sunny terrace in summer. The rustic and minimalist aspects are also highlighted: dry toilets, reduced surfaces and layouts but executed with taste and simplicity.

13th century mill for 2 people

Immerse yourself in the history and authentic charm of our 13th-century mill, located in the heart of the spectacular Bozouls canyon (Trou de Bozouls). Usually used for the production of walnut oil, this mill has been carefully maintained and lovingly decorated by Harlee, an American who fell in love with the place. Enjoy the tranquility and natural beauty of this unique location.

Charming House on the Heights

House located in a small locality "Le Coudert bas" surrounded by a hectare of land. Free from any sound or visual disturbance. Secluded and quiet, it does not give an impression of isolation by the presence of two or three vacation homes in the locality and the proximity of the hamlet "Le Roux". Ten minutes from the town of Argentat and twenty minutes from Tulle.
