Superbe villa au calme avec jardin typique de l'ile dans une jolie résidence avec gardien, piscine et tennis Les hôtes mettent tout à disposition pour le séjour, les équipements et la salle de bain sont tops Excellent rapport qualité prix car villa + internet+piscine+gouvernante 30/20 à Brenda qui nous a accueilli avec sourire et convivialité et qui cuisine de bons plats indiens et mauriciens à merveille. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Un excellent séjour dans une atmosphère familiale et chaleureuse. Le hall commun extérieure avec une magnifique vue mer. Des repas simples sains et rassurants. Des hôtes présents et à l’écoutes. Merci à vous pour ce séjour de 3 nuits.

Très bon rapport qualité-prix ! Hôte très réactive et professionnelle, logement proche de l'aéroport, jolie petite piscine et petit-déjeuner compris tres correct. Seul petit bémol, le sol se la chambre pour être plus propre, le reste était nickel.

The accommodation in the Dodolalodge was very nice and corresponds to the description and the photos. Christian is a great and friendly host who is always available with advice and support. Also a car rental was possible without any problems. The lodge is quietly located in a side street, to the beautiful beach and some restaurants it is a 5-10 minutes walk. There is also a supermarket nearby.

Les Bamboous è la perfetta Guest House. Anzi molto di piu. Io ho soggiornato per tre notti. Stanza piccola ma molto confortevole, letto comodissimo, bagno minuscolo ma pulito e confortevole. C'è una splendida terrazza dove poter mangiare ed u frigorifero utile (anche se un pochino rumoroso ma io ho il sonno estremamente leggero). E poi la colazione, coccolati da Reetish e sopratutto la moglie Oviam, il cui sorriso ti allarga il cuore, nella terrazza sul tetto, uno spettacolo assoluto. Ti senti a casa..una casa mauriziana!!! Vicino a tutto: supermercato, mare, autobus, tabagi. Insomma una guest house che supera molti hotel!!!Consigliatissimo

Pour une première visite à Rodrigues… Madame Priya nous a bien reçu, à su répondre à nos demandes. Le logement de la Fouche se situe dans un carrefour où c’est très bien desservi en bus pour le déplacement dans les 4 coins de l’île. La cuisine servi chaque soir à base de plats locale fut « savoureuse et délicieuse ». Présente, amicale, souriante, aimable, elle nous a donné plein d’adresses qui a rendu notre séjour fort agréable. Nous n’oublierons pas aussi toute les petites attentions qu’elle avait à notre égard. Merci Priya et à très bientôt.

Yannick and her husband welcomed us in the best possible way. Their house is fantastic and our tree house in their garden was very cosy. We felt like at home, they were lovely with us. breakfast was delicious. I strongly reccomend to stay at their place. you will live an unforgettable experience!

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours au fantaisies en famille, et nous garderons avec nous le souvenir de ce couples superbement agréable, attentives aux autres. Ils fond de leurs maison d’hôte, une deuxième maison. Rapport amicale, très bons conseillers pour connaître l’île. Les dîners sont excellent(repas Rodriguez).

Sylviane est très chaleureuse et réactive, à l’écoute et au petit soin des voyageurs .. un exemple d’hospitalité ! Agréable personne !

My other planned stays in Mauritius were at large resorts and I was apprehensive that I may not be comfortable or engaged at this cozy spot. However, deciding to stay at The Good Life was a fantastic decision and led to some of the most memorable experiences I had on my (solo) trip. Antoine and his wife were warm and welcoming; he provided me with numerous resources, information and assistance. Above and beyond. My sole minor complaint was the unavailability of air-con during the (hot, humid) days. I appreciate the effort to be eco-friendly, but if you intend to spend time in the room, this is something to consider. That said, both the breakfast area and bungalows are cheery, bright, modern and spotless. The pool and gardens are magical - an absolute oasis. There are numerous thoughtful touches in the design of the rooms, delicious, fresh meals, solicitous service (thank you, Cavita!) and whatever detergent they use smells INCREDIBLE. Die Villa Osumare war für mich einfach perfekt! Abi ist herzlich, gibt jede Menge Tipps und kümmert sich zusammen mit den vielen bezaubernden Angestellten um das Wohl der Gäste. Das Zimmer war sauber, roch fantastisch, hatte Moskitonetz, Kühlschrank, Klimaanlage, Ventilator, Sonnenschirm. Im Haus gibt es eine gebührenpflichtige Waschmaschine. Das Frühstück ist reichlich und hält vor bis zum Abendbrot in einem der vielen mauritischen Restaurants. Der Pool ist wunderbar, insbesondere nachts zum Fledermaus- und Sternenhimmelgucken. Das WLAN war zuverlässig und auch auf der tollen Dachterrasse stabil. Es führt ein Weg gleich zu einem Strand. Für meinen Geschmack war er zu steinig und hatte zu viele ankernde Boote. Ich bin immer ein Stück weiter gegangen zum Baden.

nice place. we had some issues with the electricity in our room, but they fixed everything very quickly to a degree that was enough for us. very nice and helpful staff, I can also recommend the ayurvedic massage by Preety!

Au top, après un deuxième séjour Sous le Badamier, nous ne pouvons que recommander cet hôtel ! Une équipe aux petits soins, accueillants, pleins de bonnes adresses ! La chambre est propre et nettoyé tous les jours ! Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié !

Friendly and comfortable. Run by sisters who were lovely. We had the top floor flat (room 7) with living room, kitchen and two bedrooms. Lovely balcony with glimpses of the sea. African coastal vibe. Good breakfast and secure car parking. The fish barbeque restaurant directly opposite was superb. Palmer beach which is 5 minutes drive away is worth it.
