Beach Condo on Molokai

Unit is located within an attractive condominium complex on the island’s northwest shore called Paniolo Hale, which translates “Cowboy House” in Hawaiian. The units all have wrap-around, screened-in porches or lanais. When the French doors on the living room are open, the living space expands to include this semi-enclosed area effectively blurring the boundaries between interior and exterior space. It’s a great place to eat meals, read, overlook the ocean, or even sleep as a cool breeze blows and waves break gently in the distance. Unit is a 5-minute walk to Kepuhi Beach (which it overlooks) and a 10-minute walk to Makehorse Beach. Although the condominium complex dates back to 1980, the bathroom and kitchen have recently been renovated. Unit amenities include: Washer & dryer, Stainless steel electric stove with range, Stainless steel refrigerator with filtered water and icemaker, Microwave, New dishes and glasses, Hand-sewn quilts decorating the walls.

Lovely condo w/pool walking distance to the beach

Island of Molokai - Unwind at Hale Kahakai, a peaceful oasis. You will have a beautiful view of the ocean from this condo, walking distance to Beach, Pool & Sundry Store. Location is Kepuhi Beach Resort which are the closest condos to the Ocean. The sunsets are amazing and you will experience a true Hawaiian vacation with the swinging palm trees and amazing views. There are also barbeque grills and picnic areas. Condo is on the 1st floor with in-unit washer & dryer, beach chairs and cooler.

Looking for quiet and private? Look no further! LARGE and VERY private lanai, partial ocean view, awesome sunsets and breezes! Steps to the beach! This is not just a rental, this also my home, so I took advantage of the COVID shelter in place! Entire place with new paint, new black-out drapes/rods throughout, new lanai screens, new flooring in both bedrooms, updated dining room lamp, louver repairs/screens. Kitchen remodeled 4/1/22. And there will be more to come!

Take your time and just breathe. Morning coffee on the lanai just might take your breath away. Sit back and relax to the lovely songs of the birds, coos of the doves, the trade winds rustling the palms and breathe in the scent of the Plumerias. Walk the beach and drink in the sun.
