Dieses urige Refugium liegt unweit der Mölltaler Gletscherbahn und vieler Ausflugsziele zum Wandern, Klettern, Ski/Wanderski, Kanufahren und vielem mehr. Unser Ein-Raum-Apartments "Gmiadlich" ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Apartment hat ein Bett in der Größe 1,40m, kuschelig für Verliebte und/oder die sich mal wieder mehr Nähe wünschen. Es hat einen bequemen Lounge-Sessel mit Fußteil, also Füße hochlegen & den Sonnenuntergang über´m Goldeck genießen. Zugang zum Balkon mit Blick auf den See & die Berge erfreut das Herz an jedem Morgen und jeden Abend wenn du nach einer gelungenen Tour heimkehrst. HAUSTIERE NUR BEDINGT, UNBEDINGT ANFRAGEN BITTE!

Dentro troverete un letto matrimoniale, frigorifero, moka elettrica ,tostapane ,microonde ,bollitore e caffè ,merendine ,pane da toast ,marmellate .Nel bagno doccia ,lavandino e wc con bidet incorporato. Per raggiungere il golf mini attraversate il paese verso le montagne di roccia e venti metri prima di arrivare sulla strada che porta in valle a sinistra c'è l'indicazione del Golf mini.

Es ist ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub mit Familie oder Freunden und erstreckt sich über 3 Etagen (200m2 +Terrasse+Garten). Der Wohnbereich mit Marmorfußboden und Holzdecke befindet sich im Erdgeschoß; die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es gibt 5 große Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, geheizt wird mit Fußbodenheizung und Solarluft-System.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

Our 85m2 holiday home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms, each with their own shower room, on the upper floor. Our holiday home is bright, spacious, cozy and equipped to a high standard. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. Internet access via WLAN. Each unit also has a terrace with a barbecue and loungers. Free parking.
