Nestled in our private, quiet, sunny garden is Elsie the kitch caravan and annex. Attached annex doubles the space, includes toilet, shower, alfresco living, fridge/freezer, convection microwave, induction twin cook top, sink, leaner and barstools. Private access and on street safe parking. Suits seasonal workers, travellers or BTI students. Longer term stays welcomed. My home it is behind is rented out to a lovely family so quiet respectful guests only please. The sweet tabby cat loves Elsie😊

Easy walking distance to a Supermarket, several cafes & restaurants, and only 5 mins walk to a lovely swimming beach. All rooms are filled with morning sun and overlook the Estuary. Located in very quiet Pillans Point, close to the city, the harbour and ocean beaches. We are also only an hours drive from Hobbiton ( film set for the Hobbit movies) and Rotorua thermal area.
