I had a event in the area and stayed 3 days with guest. Everyone enjoy the peaceful and visually appealing surroundings. The place was clean well decorated and spacious. Definitely would recommend and return again

Host was great, very responsive and gave good recommendations of things to do around Charlotte. The place was beautiful and exactly as pictured, comfortable beds and all the amenities. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay for our first time in Charlotte. The area isn't too far from downtown Charlotte and all the things it has to offer. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The home on the lake was absolutely perfect for meeting family for a long, relaxing weekend. The home had everything we could ask for. We love to cook and the kitchen had all the appliances, cookware, utensils and space to prepare large meals for everyone. We even smoked two shoulder roasts on the Big Green Egg. The three comfortable couches provided all the sitting space we needed to enjoy movies at night and The Masters during the day. Outside, the we all enjoyed the hot tub, sitting by the firepit and enjoying lake time on the dock and the boat we rented. Such a great place. When we return to Lake Norman and need a rental, Brenell's place will be at the top of our list.

I recently stayed this Airbnb it was absolutely amazing! It was very spacious and beautiful—honestly, the pictures don't do it justice! I had such a great experience and will definitely use them again in the future. Highly recommend!

Jenny's place was just right for our 5 week stay. It was comfy and spacious. The location was close to grocery and other shopping and also a wide variety of dining places. It was also close enough to the Greenway trail (with a bit of street biking) and we biked all the way to the S.C. border. Jenny also sprinkled a few special touches around, such as a case of bottled water and a bottle of wine in the kitchen and a bag of new toiletries on each bed. My husband and I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it.

Million dollar views! We enjoyed our stay beautiful views of the sunset right on the lake. This place was so peaceful. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was stocked with everything you need. Scott communicated and checked on us during our stay. Will definitely stay again!

We stayed 4 nights in this lovely home. Very clean and comfortable. Wonderful design and color scheme. Perfect for our needs while visiting relatives in the area. Just the right touches, uncluttered, peaceful, visually appealing without distractions. The backyard feels private, the trees in the back created a park like visual. Quiet, safe, close to grocery stores, Target, helpful stores. Host extremely responsive and friendly. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We had a very comfortable stay. The home was very spacious, clean with comfortable beds and nicely landscaped fenced back yard. We appreciated the extra touches that were available to add to her guest's comfort. The neighborhood homes are close together but it was very quiet during our stay. We hope to return as it met all our needs and expectations. Lorena checked in via messages which was appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The amenities around the condo facility were very nice as well. The community near the condo was very cute and safe. We had many walks on the nearby walking path as well. We really enjoyed the walk/short drive to the restaurants, bars, and shops in Davidson. Thanks for a great stay.

I would definitely recommend. Nice quiet place that wasn’t far from activities and restaurants. I look forward to using this space again.

Michael was such a KIND and heart felt host! His customer service is unmatched. He made my stay enjoyable, he was friendly, and I would highly recommend his home! He assisted me in accomplishing a quick last minute romantic set-up surprise for my husband and he absolutely LOVED IT! He was right on time with the responses with any question I needed answer. The place was neat, clean and plenty of space. It also had cool modern accessories throughout. The shower was what we needed after a long-day on our feet from Carowinds, the amusement park closeby. He also was very helpful with planning my trip/itinerary from start to finish. There weren’t any issues with check-in. The neighborhood is very quiet and we didn’t feel out of place being guests. He excelled my expectations on professionalism and customer service. The ambiance here was inviting and comfortable. This will be my go-to place for anytime I’m visiting Charlotte. Thank you Michael for truly making my getaway weekend memorable!!!!

I had a fantastic stay! Michelle was incredibly communicative and responsive from the very beginning—always quick to answer any questions and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my visit. The apartment was spotless and exceptionally well-maintained, which made it feel immediately welcoming and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home. I had a great visit and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay very clean and very nice

this home was quite comfortable. good restaurants were within walking distance. we had to park on the street which was fine, we had no pro6parking in front of the residence.

What a joy to wake up to that magnificent view, from a beautiful condo, so zen, so well designed. It is conducive to everything positive. The prompt and courteous response by the owners to any questions makes the stay all the more a 5 star experience. Can’t wait to go back.

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!

Native to the area. Ended up booking Melanie’s place for family to stay, due to local flood where I lost my home. This place was above and beyond, and just what we needed to escape and relax from the stresses of clean up. The house was magnificent and spotless; well stocked with all the amenities. We we’re lucky to find this place, and would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a peaceful getaway on the water, yet close enough to restaurants and local shopping.

We hosted our 40-person wedding at this house and it was absolutely perfect! Great size living room for dessert reception on Friday evening, perfect space in the backyard for the ceremony, cocktail hour, family photos, dinner under the event space and dancing in the driveway, and brunch on Sunday. The ladies got ready in the master bathroom downstairs and the men in the bathroom upstairs. Hosted the backyard wedding of my dreams and made additional memories by being able to stay for the extended weekend in the house with our families.
