Monthly Rentals in Matraville

Marea was a great host that made us feel welcomed right from the get go! We enjoyed our stay here and it had perfect access to walking to the beach, restaurants, and a few shops. Great spot as well for being out of the hustle and bustle of Sydney! Explored both the city and beach areas and even played a little golf. Marea’s place was always nice to come back to!

Had a wonderful 1 month stay at Susie’s place when I was over from Scotland to visit my daughter. The little granny flat was very cosy and comfortable and just ideal for my requirements. The aircon in bedroom was really efficient for cooling room down in summer heat. The kitchen was well equipped. Had a problem with fridge during my stay but Susie was very responsive and things were sorted as quickly as possible to my complete satisfaction and there is now a brand new fridge freezer. Having access to the outdoor pool was fabulous and I enjoyed an almost daily swim during my stay. I would definitely love to stay again when back in Sydney.

Little Bay provides the beauty and cafe culture of an Eastern Suburbs beach without the mayhem of the more well known beaches and Michael’s unit is the perfect place to enjoy the serenity from.

This accommodation was extremely clean. I have stayed at this accommodation three years. One of the best accommodation in Malabar. Thank you yo the host family! Would Love to stay here on our next visit.
