Gorgeous house in a great location. The kids loved the heated pool and table football. House and kitchen well equipped and we had a welcome tour and explanation of how to use everything Enjoyed walks on the coast, trips to beach, bike rides around Dinan. Boat trip to St Malo and down the river in dinan. Plus the fantastic French food and wine!

The most friendly welcoming family that we have had the pleasure to meet and stay with. They went out their way to ensure we were happy with the accommodation.their eagerness to help us throughout our stay and even booked and drove us to the restaurant. They allowed us to leave on our own time . A very friendly family who i am sure I will stay with again. Outstanding hosts. Thank you so much for everything.

We had an absolutely wonderful long weekend in May in this house which far exceeded our expectations. Everything is designed for comfort and pleasure: the pool and play areas made our children happy, and the quality outdoor facilities allowed us to enjoy real moments of relaxation. The house is nestled in a peaceful oasis, with a splendid view a few steps away, while being ideally located near the Breton seaside resorts. A perfect setting for a family looking to combine tranquility and discoveries. A huge thank you to Alexandra and Julien for their warm welcome, availability and kindness, which greatly contributed to the success of this stay. We highly recommend it!

Very nice stay in Brittany in this peaceful retreat. The cleanliness is impeccable, the cottage is well-equipped, quiet. The owners who live next door are very friendly, responsive and very discreet. We were able to enjoy the pool with the little ones and all the toys made available, the children were delighted! Finally, the check-in and checkout with Isabelle went very well: she was very responsive to all messages for our arrival and full of good tips for visits. We recommend a stop at this vacation rental!

Very pleasant stay in a charming and practical cottage. The accommodation is slightly away from the guest house which preserves privacy. The hosts are discreet, adorable and always available for advice or a little conversation. From the cottage, it is easy and quick to reach the shops, the beach in the center and the wonderful GR 34 overlooking the sea, bordered by a beautiful heath. The coast is amazing! The swimming pool, finally, a few meters from the accommodation, is a real luxury after a little sporty walk (or simply to splash around in water much warmer than the English Channel!). We had a great time at Jérôme's. The cottage is completely renovated, everything is new. He welcomed us with a big smile and fire! In addition to the extra logs for our stay. Jérôme is a very nice person who gave us good recommendations! The accommodation is super well-equipped. We stayed with our 2 children and a dog. we are 5 min from Matignon and 15 min from Cap Fehre by car. I recommend it.

The location of Soizic is beautiful. We enjoyed the communication with Soizic: discreet and present. The natural environment was very refreshing, allowed beautiful walks, beautiful discoveries. We left with lots of ideas and desires. Gratitude!

Very friendly host, spacious, bright, functional house. All the conditions are met for a great stay. We enjoyed the calm while being very close to the large beach and shops.

We spent two wonderful weeks in a great Breton environment. The house is in a great location, although in the middle (bakery, gas station and grocery store directly within walking distance in a few minutes), it is also quiet with the small sweet sunny courtyard. We spent whole days at home and we didn't miss anything. Anthony was always directly available for questions and was always friendly and had great tips in store. The cozy house itself is well equipped, even a washing machine and dryer, as well as ironing equipment are available. With a heavy heart, we left it again, but we will surely come back. 🥰🥰

Very nice house and good location

Thank you for your lovely welcome to this peaceful retreat. Everything was as described, the house is very well equipped perfect for two couples. The accommodation is located a stone's throw from the GR34 in a peaceful location. We were lucky enough to observe the local fauna and flora there for the pleasure of the eyes (doe, pheasant, hare). We'll be happy to go back!

This was our second time staying here – everything was just as perfect as the first time. The view is absolutely stunning, the house is comfortable and well-kept. Claudia and Clement are wonderful hosts, and communication was always smooth and friendly. We’d love to come back again!

The house is practically and simply furnished. Everything is clean and fairly new. The atmosphere very pleasant. Simon is a very nice host, always approachable and open to questions. The paths to shopping and to the nearest places can only be reached by car. The house is recommended.

We had a great week with family at La Hunière. The house is comfortable, the living room is suitable for small children and the fireplace is very nice after a day at the beach (2 steps from the house!). A big thank you to Edouard and Madame Menard who were very responsive and accommodating. The area is beautiful and easy to discover from St Cast Le Guildo. We recommend it!

The place is great, clean comfortable and well equipped, the use of the garage for bikes or motorcycles was a bonus, the town has all the facilities you need yet the house is quiet and well situated. Benedicte couldn’t have been more helpful, I would not hesitate to recommend this rental to friends or family and would certainly use again if I return to the area, many thanks to all concerned

Very pleasant week's stay at the Etang Quihouas cottage, which we highly recommend. Hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, exceptional amenities...Nothing is missing. So we feel good at the cottage... And Marien, close to the house, is very responsive and ready to help us and let us enjoy her good strawberries of the moment... Only downside, the weather that did not allow us to enjoy the small flower garden and its great outdoor facilities. A property to remember and share.

Soléne offers a lovingly furnished vacation home. We felt comfortable right away and were greeted with a bottle of apple juice from the region. The location is great, a trail leads to the main road. There is a bakery, a supermarket and a small beach shop. Along the street, you are immediately at the beach. The vacation home is the perfect base for excursions to St. Malo, Dinan or for small hikes on the peninsula.

1 night stay. We really liked the house, both inside and outside. Decor worthy of taste. Very complete equipment. Our bikes spent the night outside, without any risk...

all my friends were thanking me for finding Meliza's place. we had great and peaceful time in the countryside. the house is antique but still beautilful and cozy. we felt like we were in 18th century. i recommend the experience.
