We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful place. There is plenty of room to spread out when needed and a great area to come together to watch a movie, have a meal, or play board games. We would book this place again for our next travel to Alaska!

Fantastic view of the frozen lake from the deck! We thought winter there would be boring and covered with white snow, but we were wrong. The iced lake reflected beautiful blue shade when sunrise and sunset. It is Amazing! We enjoyed our entire time staying at the property. From the windows of open spaces living room and dining room and from the deck, we can see open beautiful lake view. The house is big, beautiful, open spaces and by the beautiful lake. Feeling of welcome when we first stepped in. The house is very clean. We had everything that we needed there. Owner provided quality materials to use. Host Rebekah is very nice. She responded to our questions within a short period of time. A plus that I would giving for this house is the water came from the refrigerator tasted better than most other the water bottled. We appreciated water source in AK vs. CA I wish I could stay there longer. Definitely will come back.

Beautiful place to stay! Very peaceful and quiet but still convenient access to both town and hiking. Spacious apartment with a nice kitchen and amenities. Kim is a very thoughtful and responsive host, she gave great hiking recommendations! Highly recommend for your trip to Anchorage!

This was my first time at John’s place and it was great! It was as expected from pics and description, including the wildlife. The place was clean, comfortable, and quiet. John was responsive and friendly without being intrusive. Willing to help if I needed anything. I slept on the king bed and found it very comfy. I traveled with two of my dogs and John was very accommodating by providing covers for furniture, toys, bowls, and even a leash if you forget. I would totally stay here again and plan to!

The house was perfect! So comfortable, clean, and stocked. Close to hiking and biking trails as well as beautiful Hatcher Pass. The beds were comfortable and views were gorgeous. We did not want to leave!

We enjoyed our stay. This was the perfect place for two nights for my Mom, brother, and me. Good directions, ample parking, comfortable beds, good pots/utensils for cooking simple meals, adjustable heat, helpful book with activity and food suggestions, and sufficient hot water for two back to back showers.

This place was exactly as described. Very clean, plenty of space. Very rustic and beautiful surroundings. Deborah was extremely responsive to my questions. The kitchen wasn't as modern, but it fit in with the rest of the house. Everything was functioning correctly. The laundry room was a super blessing to have access to! The only caveat to all this beauty was the location. You need to add about 35 minutes to anywhere you want to go in Anchorage because it's in a very remote location, and the road to get there is full of potholes. But the views are breathtaking! Totally recommend for the outdoor enthusiast and for anyone looking to seriously get away from it all!

Amazing stay as always! This was our 3rd time staying and I can’t recommend it enough. Beautiful cabin in a beautiful place! The back yard is immaculate with lots of room for our pups to run. Thanks Scott for another amazing trip!

Awesome stay! Cabin was perfect. Right on a beautiful mirror lake with mountain views complete will all the necessities including virtually unlimited firewood! Short drive to Denali National Park as well, would certainly recommend to anyone looking to escape reality and relax.

Sweet, rustic cabin with homey touches! It’s cozy and among the trees. It’s part of a cluster of cabins that would be great for a large group or family stay given a shared patio, grill, etc. There are four larger cabins that look like newer builds, and cabin 1 is spotless and has everything a small family or pair of friends traveling need. It’s walking distance to the brush airport to Denali, and many will find downtown Talkeetna within walking distance too — maybe a mile. Super responsive hosts. All in all, a great spot for an outdoorsy casual weekend. Thanks!

Cozy cabin in a quiet neighborhood. It's an easy walk through the woods to 'downtown' Talkeetna. It was perfect for our overnight stay!

The cabin was perfect, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. If we did need something Christina and Bobby were right there. The cabin is super clean and the beds were comfortable. And the bonus is being surrounded by snow capped mountains. Would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Alaska.

Exactly what was advertised, good place to basecamp if skiing Hatcher pass

the place was in a nice peaceful area. the inside was great nice clean great space. Tasha was great always responsive. We ended up having to stay an extra day because my sister's van broke down in talkeetna. Tasha and Joshua went out of their way to make sure we got back safe and checked up to make sure we were good. I appreciate that it makes a difference. if I ever came back to talkeetna for a weekend I'd stay here again. thank you tasha and Joshua. this was a great experience recommend this place to everyone

Cozy, comfortable home that had everything we needed. Bed was super comfortable and the hot shower was so nice. The view was spectacular and you really are "away from it all" but also conveniently just off of Parks Highway. It is a jaunt to gas/grocery/restaurants that required a little bit of planning ahead which was no big deal but that's the fun of being secluded in Alaska! The caretaker was on grounds and very attentive and the host was very accessable and easy to communicate with, both eager to make sure we were comfortable and happy. We loved our stay and hope to return.

Anna’s place was just what my family and I needed. Surrounded by woods, overlooking the lake was a perfect way to end our Alaska trip.
