This is our 2nd stay at this Airbnb and we Love it! It’s very clean extremely spacious with bedrooms upstairs and the couches downstairs are big enough to sleep at as well. This place is so peaceful and quiet. Loved drinking my coffee from the balcony upstairs overseeing the beautiful scenery. The back porch has a very nice setup as well with a bbq pit and plenty of space to sit around relax and enjoy. Mrs. Jessica the host is excellent, very friendly and attentive to all our needs as well as recommending place to go to. I Highly recommend this place and give it a five-star rating.

Great stay as always! like the fresh clean linen each and every time, the super comfortable mattress, extra throw blankets just in case all over.. just the style of comfort in general consistently excels expectations. Great quality pieces and super clean maintance. It’s obviously a group effort here cleanliness is always immaculate and the little details like plants and plenty of amenities. These host have the best airbnbs on so many levels.. they thought out everything.. almost like engraving a brand. Style, location, convenience and comfort. Peaceful and zen energy all around. Thanks so much for extending hospitality.

Every time we come to Brownsville we have to stay in this place. I love how clean it is the location and very cozy place to stay at. The owners respond very fast to any questions and concerns and are always available. Not only is the inside nice and comfy but we love staying here so we can take walks at the university near by and enjoy the lake outside. Thanks to the owners for always being so welcoming.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry with dark finishes and a light countertop. Stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator and microwave, are visible. A sleek faucet is positioned atop the countertop, which has a cutting board placed for convenience. Pendant lighting adds illumination to the space.

Chris was an awesome host and the condominium loft matched the description and the information provided for the entrance was clear and precise . Chris was very responsive. Additionally, l realized l left a few clothes behind in dryer. I communicated with Chris and he mailed clothes and l refunded him the money through Cash App.

It was truly such a beautiful home! We loved it so much that we had to extend our stay. Our kids enjoyed being outdoors in the pool and fishing and so did the adults in the little bar area outside. Everything came in handy since it does count with a mini fridge, an oven, grill and a smoker. On the inside it was also fully equipped from the bedrooms to the kitchen, living rooms and laundry room. Pool table was one of our favorites. Everything super clean and overall amazing! Looking forward to booking again. 🫶🏽

Good property and wonderful host. We had to book last minute for Christmas Day and a couple days after to attend an unexpected funeral for a family member. Lorna made everything easy and had great communication with me.

Loved loved this home!!! The neighborhood is important to me when staying in other cities and this was a very nice and safe neighborhood. The neighbor even said hi which is great! Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful home with a relaxing pool and grill in the backyard. However, there were not enough plates, bowls, silverware, pots, and pans! The few pots and pans that were provided were old and in bad shape! We did not even have enough plates for us all to eat together! We were very disappointed in the kitchen amenities! Please work on upgrading your kitchen!

We had a great time over our weekend stay. The house and the pool were clean and ready for us at check-in. It’s relaxing and perfect for family fun. We truly enjoyed ourselves and will be booking again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay! Although it was a very short trip and unfortunately under sad circumstances, Jorge was very thoughtful and accommodating to me and our family. The condo was absolutely wonderful — it truly felt like home. Very cozy and welcoming. Diana prepared a lovely basket of groceries, which was such a thoughtful touch. The neighborhood is fantastic: peaceful, quiet, with plenty of places to walk around and birds singing in the mornings. I highly recommend this place if you’re planning a trip to Brownsville!

LAS CASITAS AT RANCHO VECCHIO

Checkin was easy. Place was as described, very spacious. Lots of furniture and beds were comfortable. Appliances are outdated but worked fine. Lots of pots, pans, and dishes for cooking and having your own meals. Nob in master bath/shower didn’t work, but Luis had it fixed by maintenance right away. Some of the outlets didn’t work and/or plugs would fall out, but there were enough that worked. We were able to use the pool on hot days, however it leaked and management closed it down, not Luis’s fault. Luis communicated well. Location was good for the areas we wanted to explore. Location was also quiet and safe. No grocery store in town, but some right down the road in Brownsville. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Luis’s place, would stay again, and would recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, making sure we had everything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and how easy the check-in process was. Also, a big thank to Hernan for kindly postponing the scheduled renovations to ensure we had a peaceful and uninterrupted stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
