Beach house vacation rentals in Matalascañas

We had a great stay at Luis’ place. The villa is exactly as pictured and feels very luxurious inside. Luis was very responsive and even gave us lots of local recommendations for restaurants, supermarkets and activities. The location is perfect and you can walk easily to many beautiful beaches. We would definitely choose this villa to stay in again of we came back to the area.

Myself and 9 other women stayed here for 5 nights to visit our friend working locally. It’s a great location to get to the beach - very short walk. Local pharmacy and local small supermarket all walkable. We were more than happy with the airbnb - we felt it was bigger than the photos which was excellent. The airbnb was nice and clean. We felt safe and the area is peaceful. Muchos gracias Juan! ❤️

A beach paradise! If you want to relax in nature, this is the perfect place. It feels totally secluded but there are grocery stores and restaurants just 10 minutes away by car. The house is very special. It’s located right on the beach, totally private, and the sunset are spectacular! The way it’s decorated is also very comfortable with everything you need. If you have a dog: sand has built up over the side of the fence facing the beach so your dog can just walk right out. The other 3 sides of the property are secure. I 100% recommend the house but if it’s raining, you might have the water enter the house from the front door and sliding doors. We were able to clean it up with a mop and towels but wanted to mention that it’s a rustic experience.

Unbeatable house two blocks from the beach, the house was clean and has everything you need to enjoy a few days in all comfort and without having to worry about anything, we were a few friends and we were very comfortable. Beatriz was attentive all the time that we were comfortable and that there was no problem, we will definitely come back. Exceptional parking and arrival with a grocery store two streets away. Quiet and family-friendly urbanization that you feel safe and comfortable. It has front garden, back and terrace to enjoy. 100% recommended

We had a great stay. The house is in a nice quiet location, close to the beach and also easy to walk into town. Would recommend.

We stayed a group of friends for a week and the stay was excellent. The location to port sherry is a few minutes away, allowing us to walk smoothly. We were impressed by all the details that the house had, toilet paper, bath and pool towels, oil, coffee, champu… it was not missing detail. We really liked that it was so equipped. Susana was very nice and was attentive to us on anything we need.

Great private place close to the beach and Gary is a great host who really know what is needed to make your holiday perfect!

I lovely house in a beautiful setting. We felt very privileged to have been able to actually stay in the island. Short walk to two beaches. One a classic Atlantic surf type beach with golden sand, the other a calmer beach great for our youngest. The house itself was very well equipped. Ana was great host, especially on the first night when we arrived late and got into a mess with the ferries and aqua taxis, Ana personally came to meet us. Thank you

I spent the weekend with my friends and we loved it. Initially it was difficult for us to find the accommodation and the access road to the residential development is in poor condition. However, the house was beautiful and very clean. We were greeted by Gloria, who was fantastic, she adapted very nicely to our schedules. Due to the bad weather we were unable to enjoy the pool, so we have to go back!

We have spent a few spectacular days,the house is exactly as in the photos,we were with two dogs and they have enjoyed very much x the garden so large and the best of everything completely fenced,the attention of the host is unbeatable...the house is in a very quiet area but very close to everything,in ten minutes you are on the beach and shops,and the pine forest is next to it is perfect to walk.... we will be back soon....

The house in general is very good, just like what you see in the photos, very well equipped and clean. The only catch would be the extra beds in the living room that do not rest well but otherwise great. The amazing pool part.

The house was lovely : well located , super comfortable with everything you needed even a Smeg fridge in the kitchen !! A 2 minute walk to the local supermarket and just 15 mins into town made it a great place to stay. We had our dog with us so the beach just 5 mins into town the car away was fantastic every morning and evening - dogs allowed on the beach in winter time ! We also warm sunny weather even though it was February. A great stay - highly recommend

We have spent a wonderful few days in Manuel and Carmen's house,it is a heavenly place,close to other beautiful villages, to the beach and restaurants. The house is beautiful and the garden is wonderful!!!!But the best part are the hosts,lovely people,it's nice to have a little time talking with them.

We stayed in the Algarve the first time. The choice of location fell on Olhao because we found Rosa's house very appealing. The communication from the start of booking was great, every question was answered immediately. Check-in was earlier than expected, which was great because we arrived very early. We were received by Rosa and Nuno right away. The cottage is great, super clean and very well equipped. First, we got a tour and explanation of all the important things, then a really great overview (with a stack of very helpful local guidebooks that are in the house) of all the places worth seeing in the area, hiking opportunities, etc. We travel a lot, but we have never experienced such a comprehensive and dedicated introduction. Thanks for that! You always have a contact person on site, if you don't need them, then you have complete peace of mind. The cottage is located on a farm with views over the fields. We will definitely be back!

The house is wonderful ,it’s close to the restaurants and has a grocery store across the street . It was just a five minute walk to the beautiful beach . We really enjoyed the back yard and so did our pups ! Thanks for sharing your comfy cozy home with us ! We had a great time ! Thanks so much :))

We had a few days, but everything was kind from Alberto. The perfect communication, before check-in and during the stay. The incredible living room. Clean, comfortable, quiet area, close to the sea. Albero is a great host. We will definitely repeat 100%.

It was the third time we go to Pedras d’el Rei, we love it! Ana’s house is really nice, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything one can need. We’d like to go there again!

Thank you for a lovely stay! Peaceful location near the sea, coffee and snacks are close by the port to the right of the building. Nice and welcoming people, all around a great 2 nights! Best if you have your own transportation, it is a bit out of the way!
