This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

The Mission Belle

This Spanish revival home is located in Lubbock’s historic district just two blocks from Texas Tech. You will be walking distance from football, basketball, and baseball games as well as graduations and other University events. Enjoy outdoor spaces on the large front patio or the brick patio in the back with a grill. We have lovingly restored this nearly 100 year old home and kept as many of its original features as possible- including the windows and the cast iron kitchen sink and bathtub!

This central located peaceful house has huge trees so you have plenty of shade! Carport, Short drive to Texas tech. Central Lubbock short drive to UMC and covenant hospital for traveling nurses. Great family friendly home and very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We pride ourself on keeping a clean home! Our beds are super comfy and built for relaxed stays. 27 miles west of Childress, 24 miles east of Turkey, or 30 miles north of Matador. Newly remodeled farm house stocked with everything you need. Great place to get away from the crowds and decompress. The Bunk House has a bedroom with two queen beds and a closet. Kitchen with a microwave, stove, refrigerator and coffee pot. Connected table area. Open space with living room and screen tv in bedroom and living room with a DVD player availability. Bathroom with shower and towel available. Very clean built in 2015. We enjoy hosting.
