Ribeirão da Ilha is waiting for you! Simple house, very comfortable, right on the sand, totally private, with direct exit to the sea and a small beach. Beautiful view, calm sea, suitable for bathing, great for fishing and water sports, boat ramp a few meters away and boat mooring in front of the house. Very close to Villa Casarão (parties and events), in the middle of the oyster gastronomic route and a few minutes from the airport. Parking for up to 3 small or 1 large car. The beach has no access for cars. You need to leave it in one of the parking lots on Armação beach. The daily rate is around 30 reais. Arriving in Armação, in the center where the church is, you need to take the access to Matadeiro beach, cross the bridge and follow a trail. The house is about a 10-minute walk along the trail.
