The place: Good value for your money! Good place for disconnecting to the outside world since the signal is a little weak which is a good thing, it was described as it is. What you see and read is what you get! The host: the host was vey responsive and answered all my questions and confusion, it has been a while since the last time I used Airbnb and it was really nice to be back! The care taker: the care taker was very accomodating and nice to us, we were a little noisy during the evening but she patiently told us to tone down. Suggestions: Add more lighting to the pool area as it will be the place where most people will stay during the night. Add more lighting on the roof deck as it is a good place to stay at night while you enjoy tagaytay. Overall, the place is great! I will come back to this place and bring my other friends as is it a good place to unwind. Thank you host and caretaker!

My family had a great stay at Kim's place. From the start, she was very accommodating and responsive—she answered all my questions quickly and made the whole booking process smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is spacious, clean and well-kept which made it really comfortable to stay in. One of their favorite parts was the veranda—it has such a nice view and is the perfect spot to relax, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Overall, it's a peaceful and cozy spot, and I truly appreciated Kim’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The host is very accommodating and considerate. There was confusion at first on the number of beds available, as it turns out, it was a studio type unit. The host provided us a workable and convenient remedy. The place is nice and cozy. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.

Host is responsive and helpful. Nice cr with aesthetic mirror. Space is huge and wifi is super fast! TV is nice and working properly, kids had fun watching netflix. AC in master’s bedroom is good and quiet. This is our 2nd time to stay in Sir Oliver’s unit and I can say that it improved a lot!!! Highly recommended and we will come back soon.

The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

We had a wonderful stay during the Lenten Season from April 17-19! The place was clean, well-organized, and truly felt like a home away from home. My Family enjoyed every bit of it. All the details provided by the host were accurate and helpful. The location was very accessible and convenient- with a great variety of restaurants and grocery stored nearby. Even churches were within 10-20 minutes’ drive which was perfect for the season. On our 3rd day (checkout), there was a brief water interruption, but Ms Mabel and Kuya Kirk (the caretaker) responded quickly and arranged water delivery right away. We truly appreciate their prompt assistance! Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay here again!

Narelax ang buong family namin during our stay. Maganda and maaliwas ang place and secured din. Child-friendly since may play area sila na indoor. malawak din ang outdoor area nila. We also used the videoke to our hearts content since nakaenclose sya so nakocontain yun ingay sa loob. Napakamaasikaso ng magasawang host and they see to it na maayos at comfortable kami. I will surely recommend the place sa mga friends and family ko. This will also be at the top of my list for family staycation.

Sir Christian and Kuya Julius was very easy to communicate with, they’re very responsive. The place was indeed a great place, it was very relaxing, peaceful and a very spacious place, it definitely felt like home! The pool was very nice and very kid friendly. What my wife and I loved the most at the place was the kitchen! It’s very clean and very spacious, makes it even easier to prepare food for everyone. Overall, the place was really a great place to unwind and relax! :)

First of all, Ms Leticia is truly a great host, very responsive and considerate and her representative Kuya Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job 😊 The location of the house is about 2km from the highway, so it isn't truly commute-friendly but if you like cozy, peaceful, & quiet place, then this is it! House is equipped with all we ever needed even coffee maker & a functional oven. Too bad the ice-maker was acting up during our stay🥲 But the hot water in the tap in the sinks are very useful and the AC in the living room is super efficient. Although, one of the room's AC didn't have the remote so we had to manually operate. Our daughters enjoyed the board games, videoke, billiards, darts, jacuzzi, hammock & the surround sound of the TV 😁 Overall, our stay in Ms.Letecia's was another memorable NYE experience in the bag ❤️ (oh, there were little ants that's quick to invade, those fast thin ones not the thick red kind. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent)

It's a fine place if you don't feel like doing anything and just want to spend a few days watching movies, playing games or meditating on the balcony while sipping a freshly brewed coffee.

Our stay was comfortable. Ms. Ethel was very accommodating, together with her assistants. We asked last minute if we could check out later than the agreed time and they allowed us to. The place is spacious and has a great view of the Taal. Also, it was great to know that they’re open to us bringing our cat with us during our stay as they, too, have cats of their own - although in the end we didn’t bring our cat with us. It was a bang in the buck and we will definitely be back soon.

Super worth the price! Nice place and very easy to find. The location is near restaurants, transpo, and tourist attractions. We loved the self check-in as we want to lessen interactions. The instructions are very easy to follow and all the information needed are instructed completely. The host is also responsive. The view from the balcony is unexpectedly good. The bathroom has it all and the kitchen has all the things we need. We only bring ourselves and the foods for our stay. Thank you for giving us a hassle-free experience during our stay! We will definitely book again.

The best! Its our first book in airbnb and the place is one of the amazing and affordable place to relax and chill with friends. Our host is very responsive and understandable, he helped us throughout our stay and make sure that we enjoy every bit of it. The place was also a wonderful venue because me and my friends have a fun bond together. It's peaceful, clean, and complete things to access. All throughout it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend for others to try this.

Nth time stay here in Eco's Crib and it was even better than the first time because you became very familiar with the place. Every time we are in Tagaytay we always choose to stay here because of the peaceful and relaxing place, near to everything. The owner Sir Ralph is super nice and very accommodating. This place is a must-try. It's a well-designed, very clean and well-kept house. Kevin is very polite and treats us very well. We always have a wonderful time here.
