Comfortable stay at this peaceful little spot! Host was accommodating and place was very clean and cosy. The breakfast pack was a bonus with the delicious bread provided. Love the quality of the soaps and shower gel too. The bed was a little too soft for my husband and l, but the pillows were perfect for us. This is all subjective though :) would book again!

We had a lovely 2-night stay at Suite 22, a beautifully styled, cozy, and comfortable villa. The thoughtful touches like fresh fruit, flowers, milk, juice, and chocolates. It’s perfectly located, just a short 500m walk to the center of Greytown. Gayle was incredibly responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. We’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway!

We had a lovely stay at Sam's guesthouse. Although it is attached it still felt very private. We had some cooler weather while there so was a treat to light the fire but also got out for a fresh water swim which was so good. Our 3 year old absolutely loved it when the chooks came the visit in the morning and afternoon. Very friendly and helpful hosts, thanks for having us!

A last minute booking at end of the day, Janet's fast response and great directions made it all very easy. A very friendly greeting on arrival, (which is always very nice) and continued during our stay. Also a lovely garden setting. Would definitely stay again if in that area.

"Lovely quiet location at the southern end of Greytown. A ten minute walk or a two minute drive to the town centre where you will find lots of shops that will suprise and spoil you for choice. Many cafes and restaurants to choose from where a friendly face awaits. Only a two minute walk to get your daily exercise along the beautiful rail trail which will lead you to the local railway station walking along the old railway route. Free WiFi and parking is available".

Loved our stay ! Grant (and Ollie) were super friendly and looked after us excellenly. We all ejoyed the pool and spa pool - especially the pool toys and sun lounges. The views were stunning and was the perfect county escape for our small family. Highly recommend staying here !

The B&B was even better than we expected! Spacious layout - so nice to have both a dining table and reading chairs. The tiny kitchen is perfectly appointed (we were pleasantly surprised to find a hot plate and pans), the bed is luxurious, and the bathroom is spotless. Greytown is adorable as well.
