We had a great stay at Nicole's cottage -- lovely and peaceful, and a great place to chill out. Natasha really enjoyed feeding the sheep, and the dogs were always keen for pats! Greytown is only a short drive away, and very easy to access.

Masterton is a nice place, and heaps of things to do. Jo and Kev's place is the perfect place to crash for the night after a full on day - very comfortable, very spacious, very clean and very quiet. Check in was flexible and easy. Jo was very helpful and communication prior to check in was constant - she's very welcoming as well despite checking in late at night. Thank you for hosting us!

Off the grid but everything we needed. Great to meet the animals on our walk to the river. Flowing creek with water wheel, friendly piwakawaka, tons of stars overhead in the night sky. Just a peaceful, picturesque, lovely place to stay and Jane made us very welcome.

My family had a very memorable visit at Rewa Rewa cottage. Patrizia went above and beyond to host our family by providing tours of her farm and studio. She gave us a lot of her time and shared so much information about her lifestyle which was very interesting. This stay was one of the highlights of our trip from the US. Thanks so much for the experience! You have a beautiful place.

The host was so thoughtful - everything we needed for a relaxed time away was there - and graciously accommodated any request. The home has every creature comfort you might need. The outlook from the house was tranquil and yet so close to town.

absolutely stunning property everything you would imagine a homestead to be, it was really grand inside put also warm and very comfortable. we have two children so it was nice to relax and let them enjoy the space. pool was great we had some fun imagine the summer months to be even better. Another reviewer has said if they could give it 10 stars instead of 5 they would have ! I completely agree. My wife and I were blown away with the spaciousness and the well equipped facilities of this beautiful home. The setting was just so beautiful, peaceful and quiet yet not too far away from the Masterton. It was extremely refreshing just to come home and relax. We had flown in from Australia to attend a family funeral of a very close relative so it was a challenging time ….but John and Robyn went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel at home, Robyn had even baked a beautiful zucchini cake for us which was thoroughly enjoyed along with a basket of goodies for our welcome. It may not have been a ‘holiday’ for us but without a doubt we were so beautifully looked after ! Thank you John and Robyn. The home was lovely, the price was wonderful for shared guests, the setting was perfect and your home is a ‘must do’ for a holiday here ! I simply cannot recommend it enough !

On our way from the south to the north of Nee Zealand we stopped at Christine‘s and Baz‘ beautiful AirBnB. We arrived around an hour before sunset and still had a chance to explore the huge garden and surrounding countryside. The place itself was very beautifully maintained, the decor was very pretty and tasteful, and there was a lot of attention to detail! When we arrived we found fresh roses from the garden, selfmade jams and fresh cookies along with coffee and milk, which was super nice. If we weren’t on a tight schedule, we would have loved to stay longer! Recommend 10/10

The Whitehouse is a lovely cosy & comfortable home with plenty of room for a family to relax in, with a lovely outdoor deck area to enjoy looking out from over the beautiful countryside after a day out exploring the Wairarapa

Ruth and Craig are amazing hosts! We greatly appreciated their warm welcome and enjoyed ourselves so much staying at their beautiful home - all the flowers and fruit trees in Ruth’s garden, the lovely conversations and delicious breakfast, as well as touring and learning from Craig about planting and caring for all the olive trees to make exceptional olive oil… One of our best Airbnb experiences - wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely plan to do so when we next travel to New Zealand!

a great spot with a flexible and helpful host. very easy to locate with lots of parking, big open rooms. we didn't require a 4th bed but it was a little awkward if we did considering it's in the hallway. maybe suitable for a child/family arrangement.

The house blew us away - even better than the photos! It's filled with hidden treasures we kept discovering throughout our stay. We couldn't stop marveling at its beauty as we explored. It's impeccably decorated to match its historic charm. The instructions provided were clear, and we had everything we needed. While we enjoyed exploring nearby towns like Greytown and visiting the Martinborough wineries, we were always eager to return and enjoy the house to the fullest. Thank you for sharing your home with us; it was a memorable experience we'll cherish forever. We hope to return someday!

Lucy’s place was absolutely wonderful. A great space to meet up with my friend when I was in town for a conference. Really looked forward to coming at the end of the day. A very peaceful place with fruit trees everywhere. Would 100% book again.

Beautiful rural area. The building has a lot of historic feeling vibes. Check in was smooth and Cathy organized an in person welcome for us despite being out of town at a family event herself. Communication was responsive and helpful. Would stay again!
