Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel right at home. The small house is very comfortable with everything you need for a pleasant stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

We had a great time! The listing is as advertised. The location is ideal, close to the lake, which makes the walks very pleasant. We particularly appreciated the valuable advice on good places nearby, which allowed us to discover some very good places. The welcome was warm, with great kindness throughout our stay. The accommodation is sublime, Gérard is very accommodating and full of good advice, the environment is sublime and peaceful. Our stay of a few days has been most relaxing and pleasant, we can only recommend.

The most amazing spot! We had the most perfect stay with our 2 year old son. The house was exactly as described and spotless with the bonus of parking. The host was so helpful and very gracious, despite our timekeeping. The terrace was superb with stunning sunset views. We loved driving along to Talloires which had great restaurants, along with an amazing boulangerie (Le Fournil de mon Père). The beaches in Talloires and Angon were great. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We loved the house and the location (near the lake and the beach) in a quiet, natural setting. We met Nadine and her husband, very pleasant and receptive to all requests. I would highly recommend staying in Excenevex.

Very nice and newly furnished apartment - everything we needed was available. Very nice balcony overlooking nature, very good for switching off. Geneva and Yvoire are within easy reach of the apartment. Easy and fast communication with Eva. We will be happy to come back :)

Unforgettable stay with friends in a timeless accommodation, with very high quality services, everything is tastefully decorated and Nathalie is very attentive to her guests. Everything was impeccable. If you pass by Perrignier, feel free to stop there, you won't be disappointed.

Very pleasant stay in Bonlieu. The view from the apartment is simply sublime. The apartment matches the photos well, and is in a very peaceful location. It was clean and tidy. Small downside but not related to the accommodation itself, it was very difficult to get a signal with our operator (SFR) so it was complicated to plan hikes and follow the weather. But we got through it 🤗 The hiking sheets provided still helped us, and several trails pass almost at the foot of the residence. It was really a perfect location.

The accommodation is as described and the setting is very pleasant, perfect for a relaxing stay. Patricia and Thierry are very welcoming hosts, they recommended us very good hikes in the area and are available and responsive for any requests or advice. The apartment was very well equipped (especially the kitchen) and it is located in a quiet, relaxed residential area. The balcony and views are of course great and Nathalie was a very nice host. We also liked Annecy and the area very much. We will be happy to come back :)

"Made with love" is the best way to describe Jean-Claude's and Marinette's beautiful place. The interior design and the view are gorgeous. Every time I thought I had forgotten something (scissors, travel adapter) I found it was already provided for. And there is even Ninja Cooker! Marinette made sure that I have everything I needed when I arrived and Jean-Claude messaged me straight away when he found I had forgotten some of my belongings, so I could return and collect them. During my stay I had all the privacy I needed and the internet was working perfectly. Thank you so much Jean-Claude and Marinette for your wonderful hospitality - I look forward to returning again!

Excellent place, excellent host. Although this is the bottom portion of the house where the host lives, it felt like we were in our own home, it was perfect. Would book again if visiting!

Hélène and her husband are charming people and give good advice. Their apartment is large, clean, very well-equipped and tastefully decorated. We had a lovely stay in the Jura.

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

We had a wonderful stay at Ivanka's condo. We were looking for something serene and peaceful, and we found exactly that! You have an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and the huge balcony allows for a total submersion into the surrounding nature. I particularly enjoyed the hanging chair on the balcony. We also really appreciated that we had everything we needed; we did not have to want for anything. The space was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. Ivanka was also extremely responsive, always under 10 minutes, and this was so lovely. She gave excellent suggestions and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ivanka!

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

Great stay in Haute Savoie. The accommodation is clean and well-equipped for families, it is close to Evian, Thonon and Yvoire which makes it easy to visit this beautiful region. Sophie is always reachable and the instructions she communicates are excellent for enjoying the stay. I recommend it.

we were blown away by this place - the view is absolutely amazing. the house was spotless and very well equipped. the nearest village was an 8 minute drive, and there is a market on on Saturday mornings. annecy was around 30 mins drive into the centre. the host was very good at communicating and also gave us our space which we appreciated- also very accomadating as we were travelling with a baby they kindly let us check in a little earlier. the only thing I would give as feedback to the host, there is no shade in the garden, and as we were blessed with gorgeous sunshine throughout our stay, we enjoyed eating our dinner and letting our baby play outside - maybe an umbrella or parasol over the decking would be an added touch. overall wonderful stay and would 100% recommend.
