The oven is electric and full sized as well. There is a desk area with Wi-Fi. I have Verizon service. It also has a Vizio smart TV. There is free street parking. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 7am. Loud footsteps and television, running, jumping and conversations disturb my guests below.

Loft above garage in our backyard. Beautiful views of the canal behind our house and a quick 10 minute drive away from Jones Beach by car. Tons of restaurants and bars in the area, 40 minutes by train to NYC. The loft has a queen size bed, central air and heat, and comes fully stocked with the basic necessities, including a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig coffee machine. Island beach NY Waterfront Apt.

This is a quaint and charming neighborhood located on the Massapequa canals. The view of the canal from the back yard is utterly peaceful and charming. We saw ducks, geese, gulls, fish, and other wildlife. At the end of the road, there is a small public cove and beach area that would be perfect for paddleboarding. The unit itself was well suited to our three-person family (two adults and a teen) for a week long stay. The main living space and bathroom are a bit small, but worked fine for us as we didn't spend a ton of time inside the unit when there was so much to do out on Long Island and in NYC. We had a couple of minor issues but Mike was incredibly responsive and addressed them quickly. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The house was a wonderful place for 6 adults to stay. We gathered for a college graduation weekend and were able to cook and grill and have all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the air conditioning units and the TVs in each room. The kitchen could be a little better stocked but was adequate. The host was responsive to our needs and questions before and during the stay.
