Stone Cottage in Grounds of a 16th-Century Castle

The cottage sits on the grounds of a castle dating back to 1543 offering an authentic stay. The interior retains a decor that matches the historic charm of the area with modern comforts added and a shared pool in the stunning gardens outside. This is our smallest cottage and cannot take an additional bed or cot. The other cottages are all larger and can do this. All 3 cottages can be rented separately or together. They are in the grounds of a 16th century castle with beautiful gardens and large swimming pool enclosed by stone walls. The lower salon and summer kitchen in the main chateau is available to share. Access is by the side garden gate and all cottages are accessed by stone steps- sadly not suitable for wheelchairs. We will most likely be present living in the main Chateau and available to help and advise about restaurants and things to do in the area. We will share the pool and gardens. The old village is in a beautiful part of France that is has retained its iconic beauty through the centuries and still feels untouched by modern life in many places. Experience true local dining and bakeries with scenic walking trails all around. parking is in the church square below the Chateau. There is a local taxi service in the village and bus service to Avignon, Banyols sur Ceze and Uzes but car hire is recommended. We are 20 minutes from Avignon TGV rail station and about an hour from Marseille, Nimes or Montpellier airports. The cottages are completely private and tranquil.

Olivier d'Alana-Cévennes and Sea

Large gîte on 1320 m2 surrounded by forest, next to the town hall. House for 12 people maximum for your sole use (not suitable for people with reduced mobility). With swimming pool, 6-seater jacuzzi, 4-seater sauna, air conditioning, games: - 1 bedroom on the ground floor + shower room and toilet - 3 bedrooms upstairs + bathroom/shower + separate toilet - living room + dining room with large sofa bed - Fully-equipped kitchen - pool + pool house + jacuzzi + sauna - ample car parking. Nature between Cévennes and the Mediterranean.

The Villa de l'Olivier

The villa of the Olivier is a single-storey house of 100 m2, with its private garden of 400 m2 not overlooked. Located in the countryside in a very quiet area on the fields. You have 2 beautiful bedrooms, TV. A bathroom, double sink, closet and separate toilet. A fully equipped kitchen, opens to the bright living room. One big convertible corner sofa. The exterior is not lacking in assets, living room, dining area, barbecue, jacuzzi all year round, all fully enclosed.
