Glenn is a wonderful host, always willing and happy to give advice and recommendations on your stay in Granada. He and his wife Jeannie, were more like frinds than our hosts. Glenn runs the apartments to hotel standards, with his friendly staff ever willing to provide whatever you need. The apartments are situated in a great location, only three blocks from two large supermarkets and five blocks from the town centre. There are a lot of locals in the area who own roosters, but you get used to them crowing after a while. The apartments are all well equipped and maintained and are kept spotless by the cleaning staff. The pool is very nice and also well maintained. A welcome addition to the apartments after a hot day exploring the town. There is twenty four hour security on the entrance by friendly and helpful staff too.

Glenn was in contact with me before my trip to make sure I had transportation from the airport. When my plans changed and DID need a ride on short notice he answered my message within an hour. He asked if I would like his staff to make advance purchases for me so I would have what I wanted when I arrived. When I arrived I was met by a 24 hour doorman and very help staff. Items I asked for at the desk were delivered immediately. Vista Mombacho Apartments is simply gorgeous; the apartments are well-appointed with every amenity. Tankless hot water heater is a luxury and he has it! Quiet, efficient AC units. A pool in a lovely garden setting of banana trees and tropical flowers. One doesn't want for anything here, that's for sure. There are 2 supermarkets within a 3 block walk. And the Parque Central is a mere 4 block walk. You won't find better accommodations in Granada!!!!

Glenn is a super host. He went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and had a relaxing time. The place has everything you need for a long stay. We will definitely be back.

Such a great place to stay while in Granada, quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and the museum right out the door, quick walk to Central Park and market. Uriel is an amazing host and super attentive to your needs and has plenty of local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again.

Been here a few times. Like the guarded private street with parking. Fast internet and AC. Central location for Managua

Vianka was very quick to respond to my request. She warmly provided me with all the information to easily find the place. I was able to park my car safely behind the house. That apartment was very clean, spacious and has everything you need. Around the apartment there is everything important in the immediate vicinity. An ATM, shopping mall, pizzerias, pharmacy, veterinarian,clinics, labs,shops. So far everything was really very good! But the apartment was noisy up to the reasonable limit. The road is busy, there are noisy trucks, motorcycles with perforated exhaust. And there is a nightclub right next to the property that makes noise into the night. I was wandering in the morning. Too bad, because as I said, everything else is really good.

I felt right at home, a central, safe and very pleasant place to rest. Nayara was always attentive to respond. The support team also helped me with my luggage upon check-in and check-out. I would have liked to stay longer than planned. Thank you Nayara, Don Jairo and Johana for your hospitality. We hope to be back soon.

Great place to stay if you're looking for a nice room with private bathroom at a reasonable price. Perfect location to explore Granada with easy access to bars and restaurants. Maria Mercedes is super-responsive always available for help and advice should you need her. I would definitely stay here if I came to Granada again.

Well located in a very safe and pretty neighborhood. The studio is very functional and everything worked. Very happy with it !
