The place is great. The family that lives in the property is very quiet and you don't notice their presence. They are always attentive to any questions and help if needed (shoutout to Rosa and Mario). The place is clean and quite safe. The parking is somewhat limited: there is only space for one vehicle.

location is beautiful, peaceful and a friendly keeper and Giancarlo was on top off our needs he even got us a blender to make our smoothies in the morning. THANK YOU!

Traveled to Nicaragua from San Antonio,TX to visit my husbands family. Wanting to visit the beach, booked Rene’s home for the whole family. Thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful views, the pool the open huge patio. Everything was nice and clean. Kitchen was perfect for cooking and the grill also. We will definitely be booking Rene’s home again on our next visit to Nicaragua ❣️

Spectacular beach, serene and private, in a natural environments with a modern beach house & amenities . Lots of great outdoor sitting to enjoy the beach, feel the breeze, and spend time with each other. We enjoyed it!

Gabriela is very responsible, she always responds to messages immediately. The house is very nice and cozy. The only thing I would change is the consumption of light, I think that should be included in the price! Turtles are certainly a too special touch.

The pool, deck and beach were amazing. It was an awesome place to relax and enjoy our downtime as a family. Loved the nighttime breeze under the stars. Arnoldo was an awesome host- very friendly, responsive and helpful. Also really appreciated the good onsite care and help provided by Carlos and Juana.

loved the place! it's small but it has everything you need. it has a rustic look but it has modern resources. The pool is big and great, the only thing is that if you're a swimmer be careful with the level change. also the floor is a bit rough. they do have dogs but just like any dog they're playful and need affection so please don't complain. overall I highly recommend this place. it's perfect to relax and get to know the place. the beach is awesome. Also, Karla is the nicest person in the world.

The house comes with everything you need to have a good time, it is spacious, ideal for large groups, the pool area is the best of the house. Alfonso was very accessible and permissive. We will definitely be back!

A very nice place, direct access to the beach, the road in summer is easy to access for any vehicle, however, in winter a 4x4 vehicle is required, the house is clean, the caretakers are very friendly and supported us in everything, one point to note is that the pool had a lot of chlorine/liquid that they place to clean but beyond that, it would go back many times more

Awesome spot for surfing the pacific waves far away from the crowd of San Juan del Sur. The beach house is great and the aera safe. I can't wait to go back.
