The property, renovated in May 2026, is a 30-m² Vallon-style gem located in the heart of Vallon-Pont-d'Arc. It's a nice, tastefully decorated studio with a kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and linens included. It comes with a large, quiet balcony and a free, secure parking space. You are just a short distance from the Ardèche Gorges, the Chauvet Cave, numerous hiking trails, nature activities, and local markets. Come and book your vacation or weekend getaway without further delay.

We renovated our old stone home to create a peaceful bedroom and large bathroom for our parents, but now it's perfect for guests. You'll have your own garden entrance, comfortable bed (choose king or twins), double sinks, shower and tub, indoor & outdoor seating, a Senseo coffee maker, hot water pot, mini-fridge, and microwave, but no hot plate. Central heating, outdoor lighting and ample parking including a covered area for bikes/motorcycles. Non-smokers only and no pets, please.
