Located on the ground floor of a semi-pedestrian street, the 40 m2 apartment features a bedroom with closets and a king-size bed, a small bathroom and a living room with an equipped kitchen. Convenient and bright, close to the bullring in a lively area of the historic center, you will be surrounded by shops and restaurants, next to monuments and exhibition venues, the farmers' market (Wednesday) and parking lots. The nearest free parking is at the SNCF train station, a 12-minute walk away

The accommodation is located right next to the Parc des Ateliers, a 7-minute walk from the Luma Tower and 15 minutes from the arenas.
