The castle island as well as the old town with all amenities are within walking distance. In summer you can swim in the river pool or in Lake Müggelsee. BER airport can be reached in 45 minutes by bus (162/164) and S-Bahn (45/9). If you want to combine city trip and relaxation, this is the place to be.

The kitchen is fully equipped to cater for yourself. Waldesruh is located on the outskirts of Berlin in a quiet, wooded and water-rich area with good transport links. Walk to bus line 108, with access to the U-Bahn [subway] (Elsterwerdaer Platz), S-Bahn [suburban train] (Lichtenberg) and tram.

Berlin-Mahlsdorf is one of the most popular residential areas in Berlin. Thanks to the good infrastructure, the Berlin city center with its cultural facilities and shopping facilities can be reached by highway, train and subway in just approx. 15-20 minutes away. By bike and on foot you can relax in the greenery by the lake. Arrival and departure must be discussed in advance. Check-in is usually from 3 pm to 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am.
