Also, if you are a boater or fisherman this house is 1 mile from the Chrysler Beach Boat Launch in Marysville and our driveway is large enough for boat trailer. All of the floors have recently been redone, new appliances and updated kitchen. The home is very clean with laundry in the basement and 3 full bathrooms.

Enter from the parking lot into the upper level of these two-story condos with central air. Boat dock is available during your stay, if you bring your boat or come in by boat.
