Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Maryport

The accommodations were both spacious and accommodating. All appliances in working order and walking distance to the whole town. Really enjoyed our visit.

Peter was very helpful, and the check-in process was easy. We arrived early, and when I mentioned this to Peter, he told me that I could check in right away if the cleaner had finished. That really made my day. The place was lovely, cozy, and quiet; it felt like home. Thank you once again for all your help. We look forward to visiting you again soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, nice apartment everything we needed was provided and was kept to a high standard. The only let down was parking as we were the only place without a place provided. All in all a great experience.

Jay's Nest it's a great place to stay. Friendly hosts, convenient location, close to the centre of the village and many beautiful walks on the doorstep. Perfect base for those who wish to explore Lake District. The flat has home from home feel. The kitchen has all essentials and no need to wash up, dishwasher does it for you. Clean, working washing machine with dryer if needed. The seating area very cosy with nice views through windows, you can relax after a long day walking. Big bedroom with comfortable bed and plenty of space for storing your gear/clothes etc. Again, super clean, couldn't ask for more. Fair size spotless ensuite with good size shower. Plenty of space to keep what you need in the bathroom. Sadly, due to the weather, we were not able to use the outside area where having a morning coffee or evening drink must be super enjoyable. It was our first time in LD and we will be back to Jay's Nest, that's for sure. Needless to say, we highly recommend Jay's Nest!

We had a lovely stay in the apartment. Everything was walking distance only difficulty was parking but that is stated in the booking that there is no parking onsite. The apartment was clean and had a lovely view over the green. The host was super responsive and sent great check in instructions!

Church Street was a lovely place to stay, good layout, comfy furniture, plenty of room and all very clean. Location was good for us, 10 mins walk into the centre of Keswick or the lake. A great base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

It was a lovely flat in a quiet location. Lots of walks direct from the door. Close to the centre and shops. Instructions for parking and access first class with photos.

Another great stay at Anna’s. Very convenient for working in the area and always clean and tidy. All the better for the Blue Bell Pub doing great food again.

Lovely house, great views, within 30 mins drive to all main south lakes sights. Communication and check in all very easy and clear. We had a great stay :)

We absolutely loved our stay at Ruthwaite Farm. The property is large, spacious and very peaceful. Although the property is large, the design and furnishing means it still feels very cosy and homely. I particularly loved the sofa on the landing area upstairs with views of the mountains. The kitchen is large and very well equipped. There is a large dining table with a big ordnance survey map of the Lake District behind which was extremely helpful (much easier than laying a map out on the table!) and a personal touch that I loved :). The village location is so peaceful and idyllic, and means you get a taste of real Lake District life away from some of the more touristy areas. David is a great host - the most friendly, helpful and responsive host of all airbnbs I have stayed at.

I can’t recommend Will and Giles’ place enough. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The information sent prior to arrival was brilliant, the cottage was much bigger than we expected and it’s in an amazing location right by Coniston. The place was spotless and had some lovely touches. We will be back!

We had a lovely short stay at the Old Schoolhouse. House was just as pictured on the site and felt really homely and comfortable and Treacle loved the back garden. We would definitely stay again.

House was exactly as described and pristine. The kids loved their own space in the “loft”. Would be slightly weary of stairs with younger kids (especially if they walk at night). Kitchen had everything you need to make breakfast, lunch and dinner each day. The house was super cozy and the beds very comfortable. Fantastic location - very remote if that’s what you’re looking for. Perfect location for climbing Scafell although we didn’t attempt due to the weather. Fair drive on tricky fell roads if you’re looking to spend lots of time in Windermere / Ambleside / Keswick. But perfectly doable. Great pub down the road with play area and football for the kids. Would love to return / have stayed longer to walk around the area close to the house.

Beautiful little house very well equipped and generously provided (always nice to find milk and biscuits when you arrive tired at night!). We found parking using the parking disc provided. Everything was spotless. We would happily stay again!

Very pleasant stay! Diana was a fantastic host who works hard to ensure her guests have a brilliant time when staying as her guests! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely little bolthole, incredible location in the heart of the village. You’re a minute walk away from most of the restaurants, pubs and sights. Getting checked in was super easy and the place was spotless, thank you Nia!

The mill is stunning - beautifully restored and tastefully decorated with everything needed. A real home from home. Beds were comfortable and bathroom spotless. Walk into Kendal took around 20 mins with some good pubs and shops in the town. My daughters and I throughly enjoyed our stay… Some noise from children in lower apartment early in the mornings was the only slight negative… Highly recommend the mill.

lovely apartment which was well equipped and spotlessly clean. Great central location with fantastic public transport near by. Lottie had sent some reccomendations to visit and places to eat. Like most places Mondays are tricky finding a restaurant open. Everything was great and Lottie was a kind and responsive host who left us gorgeous local goodies to ear, much appreciated

Abigail’s is the most beautiful home! We visit every year not only because of the home but because of Simone, the host is amazing!! She really is a 10/10 host, very easy to talk to, caring and very responsive to your needs! We feel very lucky to spend our time in the lakes but thats a huge thank you to Abigail’s for making our holiday special! Thank you Simone - you’re amazing 🤩

David was a very responsive host, communicated instructions very well and made sure I had what I needed for my daughter. The location was perfect for what we needed as it was a pitstop for a longer journey and just off the motorway. It was clean and tidy and had clear instructions that were easy to find.

We really enjoyed our stay here at Whitbarrow. The apartment was lovely, with the special addition of the balcony overlooking the beautiful views, which we enjoyed with a cuppa or two. Our boys loved the toys and the drawing that was available to play with but, of course, their highlight was the pool. Local distance to Lowther, buttermere, Penrith, pooley Bridge, Keswick etc so lots to do. We’ll be back soon! 🙂

An immaculate 2 bedroom flat, perfect for my family of 4. The bathroom was recently renovated and Graeme sent photos of this before our stay. Lots of handy amenities provided such as toilet roll, tea, coffee, ironing board, hair dryer, hand wash etc which saved us a trip to the shop on our first day. There were even some games / activities which kept the kids entertained too. We’ve had a fantastic weekend and already booked to return next year!

This was by far the best place I stayed while travelling in the UK for 6 weeks. Fiona greeted me on arrival and showed me how everything worked. She also made some great suggestions for local walks and cafes. The apartment is spacious, with modern decor and spotlessly clean. The host has provided everything you need for a very comfortable stay. It’s located within a few minutes of the shops and within walking distance to the buses and trains. Although it’s close to everything, it’s tucked away down a laneway so it’s extremely quiet and private. I highly recommend this apartment.
