Secondary bedrooms offer queen beds, built in cabinets & a shared loft space on 2nd floor.

Comfortable, relaxing, private and cozy, The Carriage House at Marvin is tucked between the big city attractions of downtown Charlotte and the quaint shops and restaurants of Waxhaw. We are easy distances from Carowinds, Marvin Efird Park, and the South Park, Waverly, Stonecrest, Pineville and Ballantyne shopping centers. We offer a private bedroom with queen bed, full shower, and a stocked kitchenette for your comfort and convenience. We're very eager to make this a special visit for you!

No surprise Airbnb service fees at checkout—what you see is what you pay! A private space! Spacious one bedroom/one bath suite with a King sized bed. A separate game/entertainment room with a pool table and a single pull out bed. Small coffee/snack bar (kitchenette) area with a microwave, mini fridge and Keurig. Connected to the owner’s home with a separate outside entrance. Access to a fishing pond and fire pit. This is a very quiet and cozy space in a country setting. No smoking facility.

Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape. The threehouse is very close to the town of Charlotte North Carolina. It is 20 minutes drive to Charlotte. My goal is to have travelers leave our treehouse with a feeling of total satisfaction. The treehouse is a little bit more than 200 ft.² and is located at the end of our property so any needs from our guest will be met in the promptly manner. It is located at the outskirts of our property , it’s private but it is not secluded.
