Welcome to our fully renovated house in the very center of the village of La Brède, famous for Montesquieu. We are located in the heart of the vineyard area called « graves » just next to « Pessac-Léognan ». The local shops are walking distance and offer lot of choice (3 bakeries, 2 butchers, a grocer…) so you won’t have to go far to fill the fridge ! The kitchen/living room opens onto a sunny terrace as well as a little garden, perfect for sipping wine while watching the kids play !

We offer this 21 m2 studio adjoining our house; it consists of an entrance, an independent bedroom and an independent bathroom. It is possible to enjoy a shared terrace, depending on the weather. It is ideally located close to the many wine chateaux and 5km from the TRAM to Bordeaux. 800m from the village and a U Express store. We provide a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a microwave oven and hotplates.
