I had a wonderful stay at Bouchra's Triplex! The place was exactly as described, spotlessly clean, and the view was absolutely stunning. Bouchra was incredibly understanding and flexible, which made the experience even better. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy nature. Very beautiful villa in a very well secured residence in Cabo Negro. The place is quiet, the neighborhood is perfect and the place matches the description. In addition to the pool available, a large garden on the back side under a very large umbrella will be the ideal place for your quiet breakfasts. The place was very clean, the keys were given to us by Anis's parents who are absolutely adorable! I highly recommend spending your stay with Anis if you are visiting this beautiful part of the kingdom! Undeniable return soon with my little family. The superb villa that Mohammed offers is completely in line with the description of the accommodation, if not even more charming in real life than in photos: secure and quiet neighborhood, top amenities, spacious rooms. The pool which is really the cherry on the villa's cake, especially in hot weather. It was a great place to live and our daughter, just like her parents, loved staying there! Special mention to Mohammed and his wife: from the welcome to the end of our stay, they were always there to answer any of our questions and put us at ease during our stay. Real Gold Hosts! If you plan to go to Tetouan, Mohammed's villa will only be able to satisfy you!

We loved the house. It is spacious, comfortable,fresh and decorated with details that do not leave you indifferent. The kitchen, bathrooms and dining room are perfectly equipped. Its location is magnificent, inside the Medina, which at times put our sense of orientation to the test. Thank you for the commitment of Victoria and José Luis to make everything work properly, from the reception and key handover to our departure, managed by Khadija to whom we wish to show our appreciation. In short, this gorgeous house made a remarkable contribution to our trip to Tetouan being so grateful.

Perfect stay

The apartment was clean and well laid out. It’s in a great location, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, and conveniently just opposite a bank ATM. The area is ideal, close to the corniche of Martil and only about a 10 minute drive to Cabo Negro if you fancy a change of scene. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you for having us, it was a pleasure.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived late. Mhamed and his representative, Mr. Aziz, have contacted us to check our arrival and offer us all the necessary assistance. When we arrived, Mr. Aziz gave us a warm welcome. The accommodation offered perfectly matched the photos and description, with the addition of fans (FANs) in the bedrooms and living room that improved comfort. Thank you and see you, inch'Allah.

Spacious, very clean and tastefully decorated villa. Very quiet, cozy and very comfortable. We really enjoyed the green spaces and the pool. Myriam is helpful and very responsive. Impeccable!!! I would highly recommend.

We had a very nice journey in Zineb’s house, the house was very amazing and as is in photos and in reality is more better and nicer. Everything is clean and well organised. The kitchen is well equipped with all what u can need. Zineb was very interactive and very supportive , she’s responding quickly and always with a sharp solution. The villa is in good and quite place with an access to a nice shared pool , always empty or with 1 or 2 people. The villa is near to marina smir and access to Mdiq and Fnideq is quick which allow u to visit all the beaches on the place. If i had a chance to re-visit the Mdiq i will go again with this beauty villa.
