Great host, very approachable and friendly. the apartment was clean and as described in the pictures. really enjoyed our two nights and wish we had stayed longer. the outside balcony/terrace was also beautifully presented, it had changing lights which have it a cosy effect. living room area had a new LG AC unit installed. bedrooms were spotless and smelt really good. overall a positive experience and would recommend Nawal's place if you're looking to stop over in the area. I had an amazing stay at this step-free apartment in Oued Laou! The location just 50 meters from the beach is just perfect. The Airbnb host was exceptionally welcoming and thoughtful, making my experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was cozy, clean and had a great view. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing vacation by the sea.

Very comfortable accommodation due to the proximity of the beach, a very nice and quiet place. The highlight of the apartment is definitely the terrace overlooking the sea. Very kind and caring host. Very relaxing vacation with two children. Definitely worth repeating

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we arrived late. Mhamed and his representative, Mr. Aziz, have contacted us to check our arrival and offer us all the necessary assistance. When we arrived, Mr. Aziz gave us a warm welcome. The accommodation offered perfectly matched the photos and description, with the addition of fans (FANs) in the bedrooms and living room that improved comfort. Thank you and see you, inch'Allah.

Great place, close to the beach and has so much space. Youness (the guardian) was very friendly and nice. Hind (the host) was very communicative and on spot.

Saïd was friendly & always responded in a timely manner. Called you many times to hear that everything is ok. Furthermore, it is a quiet area not far from the sea, the house had everything you need except the washing machine which is very very old and do not know at all how to set it up this should definitely check. You will be spent at least 1 hour to get to Tetouan city due to the police that are there every day, unfortunately we have had fille every day. For the rest super large villa. With 1 room where you do have air conditioning. For the rest, the house is really super hot so a fan or an extra air conditioning in the salon for example would be perfect! But this does not have it. The garden is full of farmed vegetables super nice to see. If you can with heat, I definitely recommend this house!

In one word: wonderful! Host Nouhaila very nice and accommodating. Superb welcome from the caretaker of Villa Yassine (very reassuring side to know that the villa is guarded and we can ask for help if needed ). The villa which is huge exudes a crazy charm ( frankly very pleasantly surprised because the price is really interesting ) and for us who were many we appreciated being able to have our privacy each while being with family:) . The beach next door so no need for the car necessarily and then you can enjoy the beautiful and vast garden as well . For shopping , there is a small store really not far away super convenient!!! Nouhaila thank you for this stay! We will come back without hesitation!!
